I would just call it “Pacifier Immortal” as an earthly, and oriented towards our brothers and sisters who learn mainly the hard way, counterpart of Sage Immortal.

Just as Emperor Black can be used for nefarious purposes although it is not designed for such scenario.
Start Black could be the social-popular-innovative twin of Emperor Black. Not a boosted Stark but rather filling one of the archetype voids
I really doubt saint and fire would make a classically themed villain title, for the implication of condoning generally anti-social behavior.
