How would I use Ascension Chamber in a stack

I want to use Ascension Chamber with Paragon Complete. The third sub will be either Genesis ZP or A Love Bomb For Humanity.

I read that Ascension Chamber should be used sporadically (once a week, for example).

How would I use it while listening to it with one or two other subs? I’ve even read to visualize while playing it.

I see others playing their subs two months with two subs and three months with three. How should Ascension Chamber be used?

I’d appreciate all constructive inputs!

You really should search things before posting.

Ascension Chamber is meant to run once per week after your stack.

This is what I’m getting from inputs, product description, and reading the Product posts.

I can run a stack and run AS in addition once a week. Perhaps I can keep the outcome I desire in mind throughout the week, AS may work with the stack, desired outcome, action towards outcome, then AS may work through you and your life.

If this is in the neighborhood of what AS is and does, I’m in for and uplifting experience.

I’m open to all constructive inputs.
