I would like to rotate between Stark and UA (or between Rich and UA; I haven’t decided yet) every cycle. How should it be done? Do I have to take a longer break when I rotate between them?
Probably not a good idea to rotate every cycle as you would have only a few listening days per cycle.
Read this article where it explains that you need 12 extra wash out days before you change. The tittles you don’t rotate can follow the normal schedule: EXPERIMENTAL: Zero Point Stack Rotation - Subliminal Club Support Hub

Also titles need time to work. Changing them every three cycles would perhaps work better. Even better though, would be to give both of them 6 months without changing them.
