How to choose a healing title?

I’ve read all the descriptions a few times for Elixir, Regeneration, Rebirth, and Sanguine and still don’t understand their differences. Was hoping someone here could break it down for me.

I’m currently running ascension and am considering a healing title in the near future to get a more solid foundation before trying out other subs.

If it helps with a recommendation, I’ll explain where my problems come from. I guess my issues come from my past like most people.

i was raised by a mentally ill mom and a dad who I never really connected with. Lots of fighting at home during my formative years. Was also a social outcast for most of school life and had only 1 to 3 friends at most which I lost contact with after graduating. Spent my college life locked up in an apartment (days at a time without human contact) doing drugs until I dropped out. Went back recently (under extreme pressure and threats from my parents) and graduated fortunately, but it took another big hit on my mental health to do so. Currently on antidepressants and after upping the dose a few times I think they’re doing pretty good at muting our emotions, and at least keeping me in a spot to hold a job and get up for it every day.

Ascension is doing good work too, even at one cycle but in the back of my mind I’m terrified that my mental will just collapse for no reason one day and I’ll be back to square one, so what healing sub could ensure that never happens?

I haven’t tried Rebirth but based on my personal experience, I would recommend Elixir + Regeneration. Yes both since Elixir has a calming effect on Regeneration which does a lot of the heavy work.

You will also get very profound realisations about your life while running this stack and that along with Ascension will in my opinion help you be more in control of your life and reality with the wisdom you gain from such healing.

I think the script of Rebirth is already in Ascension (of course taking into consideration the rewrite of ZP scripting this isn’t exactly the case) but even then a case could be made if you want to strongly affirm and be reborn as Alpha, then Ascension + Rebirth could help.

But then again since you want to heal your past, I would go with what I first recommended which is Ascension + Elixir + Regeneration. With listening order like this:

Day 1: Elixir + Regeneration
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Ascension
Etc

Maybe after a few cycles of this stack which will throw away your past mental and emotional baggage, you could consider Ascension + Rebirth + Sanguine. Sanguine more for confidence rather than healing.

Thank you. You don’t think jumping from 1 to 3 subs would cause too many problems?

Not at all. Especially since Elixir and Regeneration are made to be run together. Even the sales page says so.
