How much water?

How many liters of water do you drink per day during your listening cycle with ZP sub(s)?

Per day? About 4 litres+ (So about 8 bottles of 500ml water)

That really depends on your body mass, physical activities, environment humidity and temperature, and the foods you’re eating.

If you’re 200lbs, living in the desert, working out every day, and living primarily off baked chicken breasts and broccoli… that’s a different case than if you’re 100lbs, living in a rainforest, lounging on the couch every day, and eating a ton of tomatoes and watermelons.

Not the most realistic contrast of scenarios I suppose, but those factors all definitely matter for your water needs in general, increasing your brain load with ZP subs just adds on top of it.

Also depends on the quality of water.
Tap water in the US has never been great quality where I’ve lived anyway.

Partially due to poor enforcement of regulations. But also regulations being so lax they have “acceptable quantities” of some downright nasty things.

I drink RO water. And I drink as needed. I don’t measure it. Definitely is more if I increase my sub load.

I would recommend a gallon (4.5 Litres) a day. I heard that is a good amount for the human body.

I purchased a bottle that can hold exactly one gallon. I fill it in the morning, drink it all through the day and it is empty by night time.

That will be enough for the subliminals too in my book.

Do we know exactly why water is so important?

Is it because it helps regen the brain so it can execute scripts better?

It’s only because water is needed for basically every reaction on the body. Nothing more.

2 people ask “how much water do I need?”
Common answers include: 8 glasses, 2 liters, a gallon, whatever.

Person 1 is me, a 6’3" 185lb male.
Person 2 is my wife, a 5ft 95lb female.

Who honestly thinks our water needs are somehow identical?

The answer for this question depends 100% on the individual in question, not a one-size-fits-all answer and definitely not based solely on what sub you’re listening to.

Increased brain usage (whether from listening to a sub, studying intensely, or just using your brain for work) = increased water demand, but that must be factored into the rest of the conditions in the body. Someone who already has sufficient water intake and is not dehydrated will have much less of an increased need relative to someone who barely drinks water and is already deficient.
