How "much/far"can the subconscious hear?

I’v been listening to my subliminals via phone speakers,5 clicks above 0 but i’v realized this is too loud for me and causing me recon, so i have been considering to go all the way down to 2 clicks from 0,it’s a bit quiet but if my subconsious can hear it,it’s fine right?

So my question how much can the subconsious hear? If there is sound there it can hear it right? Apparently a lot of other creators say even if we can’t consciously hear it our subconsious can even if it’s super quiet and the only thing i have to be worried about is if there’s sound there

Yes if you can hear the water mask, it’s good.

Im listening to a custom default free mask wich has no bird noises

Try Ascension Chamber which has the bird singing, adjust volume the way that you can hear the bird singing and remember the volume level. You will use this volume lever for your customs with a waterfall sound.

The default custom masked is louder tho,or is the affirmations underneath the same volume and still play it at the same volume

With this i assume as long there is noise and the subliminal is playinh then the subconscious can hear it all right?
