What have you noticed so far
Probably what you’d expect: the noticeable influence of each sub diluted.
The difference in experience from only running Summertime + Spartan TBU to adding in the ECC+Rich custom was day and night. The almost zero drive to workout was the most obvious indicator that there was a lot more processing going on.
But, it seems to have balanced out after about 12 days because my productivity has ramped up, and I’m enjoying the whole process more.
