It’s not about the number of cycles, ever, but your current development level, your circumstances, and that thing we’re used to calling “identity”. Only a deep introspection and analysis of your circumstances and true desires/goals may answer your question. Mental Alchemy is not Mathematics, or a guessing game (unless you really don’t know yourself and don’t grasp what’s going on around you) but an organic process you need to take care of mindfully adjusting the means of your growth. I just generalized what @Malkuth said in a very tangible manner.
