How long to use stack before switching to custom (same core)?

Hey all,

I’ve been using a stack of Stark and PS for about 6 weeks now. Getting excellent results. With it being the new year, I’ve really specified my goals for 2021 and have started to browse the Q store to find complementary supportive modules.

My question for the experienced users here; what is a good recommended timeframe to build a foundational base on this stack before committing to a custom (or two)? The custom(s) in mind would use Stark and PS as the cores, just build it out in a way that specifically supports the goals I had in mind.

Thanks for the advice in advance!

If you could stick to those programs for 6 months or 4 more months and 2 weeks I believe that would create an incredible foundation to then add another custom based off those two for 6 more months. After the year total your life will be completely transformed for the better.
If you want to address those specific issues sooner then I would run your stack for another 6 weeks and then start the custom. My experience is the cores do not cover everything the stand alone programs do and you would benefit from laying a foundation on those a bit more first.
What are the specific issues your looking to address? (if you want to share)
some of them may be addressed by a longer run on your stack

Hey @Ice

I understand this idea of a foundation. But personally, I mostly ignore it. The only foundation I’d want you to think about is making sure you use at least 1 SC program for 90 days before doing Dragon Reborn.

Since Stark seems to have a lot in it, chucking PS in with a custom that has Stark should work. I’d just put in Mosaic as a precaution.

Okay back to the foundation question. If you’re getting good results already, I’d encourage you to stay with that stack as you plan out the custom. Give it time. Make a list. Set it aside. Think. Look at it again. I’d say taking a week to plan it out might be wise.

I was going to say, as a generic response, 2 months.

I think that 2 months is enough time for you to get a sense of the ‘feel’ of those programs you’re running. Stark and Primal Seduction. That way if you build a custom you’ll have a basis for comparing whether the custom is still giving you what you want. If it’s not? No biggie. Just add the originals back into your stack. Or switch back to them exclusively and run your custom later.

I kind of agree with @Azriel though. If you’re loving how those programs are working for you now, 6 months is enough to get that profound, deeper integration. That’ll stick with you even after you move to something else or alter your stack.

A lot of it does come down to this question:

Personal preferences and individual characteristics can go quite a long way in determining how to work with the programs. Generic advice offers useful guidelines but is often limited in specific applicability.

If you had to give a percentage of what in the sale page that you will get from the core what would that be?

So the redundancy of add in modules that came from that core you dont see a problem with that and do you think it help by a magnitude?

Setting a time frame should serve only as a reference point, the point at which you evaluate your progress and see if you have reached your enough (I’m satisfied with my results and goals the program helped me attain-goals which are in accordance with the objectives of the program of course). I advise you should evaluate your progress on your current stack and then try to decide whether it’s time to take it to the next level. On the other hand, you can also follow your gut and take it to the next level whenever you feel it’s the right time to do so.

I wouldn’t worry too much about preparation before making a single stage custom. Although playing the standard StarkQ and PS before running their respective customs wouldn’t be a bad idea, I would only worry about such preparation if am making a custom with any ST4 in it

For example, a preparation phase of running Emperor Fitness ST1 to ST4 (each stage for 1 month) before making a custom with EF ST4 in it. Else if you could afford it, you could just make and run customs made with each stage one after the other

Thank you all so much for your insights and perspectives. I really appreciate it!

My initial gut feeling aligns with what @Azriel said, running this for 6 months (which also corresponds to about when my birthday is…so could be a nice lil gift to myself lol). However, I do relate to much of what @Sub.Zero has said too. I think the 3 month mark should serve as a good benchmark to evaluate my next move.

What are the specific issues your looking to address? (if you want to share)

As for the specific purpose of this custom, it would primarily be focused on building my business from the ground up, and greatly expanding my wealth & abundance, along with status leadership and power. While I have been striving to start a side business for a while, I have ran into some blocks: primarily, fear of what people will think of my creative expression, and just general laziness/procrastination. That is why modules such as Rogue, Gloryseeker, and Wealth Motivation really spoke to me.

I also desire to date several beautiful women simultaneously this year. The main hindrance to this goal is approach anxiety, being too passive with escalating, and shame around the idea of multiple partners (catholic upbringing). That’s why modules like Panther really spoke to me.

In the meantime, I am going to continue with my current stack, and couple Limitless Executive Ultima (to combat procrastination / laziness issues) and PSIT Ultima (to combat approach anxiety and anxieties around escalation) as supplemental boosters.

Thank you for all of your help, y’all are amazing @Azriel @RVconsultant @Malkuth @Sub.Zero @Lion

In Iron Throne, there is a focus on action rather than healing. So it likely will help with being passive. However, I don’t know if it will directly help with anxieties. I wonder that once you start getting more positive experiences approaching and escalating that the anxieties will fade away. So I wonder if PSIT will help in that regard too.

That’s what I’m thinking. Especially with PS Q in my stack as a constant. I’ll get the best of both worlds with PS’s healing and then the PSIT U to jumpstart my action taking when meeting women to provide those positive reference experiences.

I have a strong hunch these will synchronize perfectly together in a kind of positive feedback loop.

I like this mixing of PS and then PSIT U as the booster to action! Please keep us posted!
