I know everyone is different, but I just want to see where people’s sweet spots are.
Plz drop how long of loops you listen to for 2 title and 3 title stack.
My current stack is EoG1/R.I.C.H/Paragon Sleep. Loop length is:
Day 1: Eog1 7 min/ R.I.C.H 5 min
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Paragon Sleep 7 min/ R.I.C.H 5 min
First few loops are 5 minutes, to check for first effects and recon levels.
If everything fine, then I try full loops and see how much recon / results are happening.
Going from 5 minutes up to full loops usually happens pretty fast with standard titles.
Starting with 3 minute loops (learned this lesson when WB was first released).
Then see how much recon happens.
After several weeks trying out 5 minutes.
Then 7.5 minutes.
After many months finally getting to full loops.
If strong recon, then always adding extra rest days.
Going from 3 minutes up to full loops can take up to 1 year.
Exception: with WB I had to even go back from full loops back to 3 minutes or even original WANTED and build up stronger foundation (doing so with Love Bomb at the moment).
so your goal is always to build up to the full 15?
do you feel like you get more results out of 15 min loops?
My sweetspot for everything in my stack now is 15m.
I’ve been using HeO for more than a year, so that’s a given.
DRR1 is just magically easy from the get go for me.

No, results depend on how much of the script you are already able to integrate and make use of, i.e. results depend on you and where you are at.
However, full loops usually hit deeper, with more and deeper recon, but also with more profound change afterwards.
Loops is how many ‘repeats’ you listened to a title and the duration is how many seconds/minutes you listen to a title.
I only listened once in a day for major title. Yeah I did abuse a title before doing as much as 7 loops/15 min duration, but I would never recommend it.
The micro loops is intended to sync with the title, once you get the comfort of listening to it you get to experienced results.

Based on my own experience and what I use for myself.
For Artisan products I begin with 6 mins after one cycle amp upto full loops.
