How long of a washout to take when switching major stack?

My next cycle is GLM/Earth. Since June I have ran:

DRR1 solo(cycle 1)
DRR1+Paragon Sleep(cycle 2)
DRR1+Earth(cycle 3)
DRR1+RoM(cycle 4)

I am doing a 7 day washout from the cycles above to start GLM/Earth cycle. Is 7 days enough or do I need to take longer?

1-2 weeks

Play it by ear

Take the 7 days, then if you feel the results from your last stacks are still blooming/integrating, then take longer and let it all calm down, before you add additional subliminal stimulus into your system

Isnt itnsuppoosed to be 5 days?

That’s a normal break from overexposure to your stack(I believe).

Switching stacks is another thing.

Iv entered a support ticket where they still say 5 days

The recommendation for stack rotation is 12 days.

Also, you are only meant to change one title per cycle.
