is a cycle supposed to last 21 days including rest days or 60 days including rest days. is the 60 day cycle only for Zero-point union subliminals? what if i have only 1 zpu subliminal in my stack??

from what I’ve heard, you can do 60 day cycles even with older subs as long as you follow the progressive microloops system
Ideally, you’d want to have at least 1 ZPU sub in your stack though, because the tech in that sub influences other subs as well

yeah i am doing microloops but i want to know whether i am supposed to listen for 21 days on or off or 60 days on or off
The new listening instructions are 60 days on and off including rest days with a 5 to 8 day washout.
30 listening days.
It’s more like 59 days to me cause day 60 is a rest day and I would just count that as part of my washout.
That’s why it was 21 before. An odd number. The last day was a listen day. Now the last day is a rest day. An even number.

30 listening days is the idea, but ypu can always add more ret days in-between. Case in point I do MWF listening days, which amounts to 10 week cycles.

A full cycle consists of 30 actual listening days which comes out to 59 calendar days of 1 listening day followed by one rest day. However you may need to take another rest day here and there if you’re struggling with recon. Just keep track of your listening days and be sure not to go over 30 listening days before a washout.
It is fine if you only have 1 zpu title in your stack because it will positively influence the other title. It’s fine if you are listening to a couple of the older titles that still aren’t upgraded to zpu also, but the newer zpu tech is quite nice and makes everything smoother.
You can have a total of 3 titles in your stack (I’ve limited myself to only 2 titles with the zpu tech). The way that would work is you listen to 2 titles on the first day (listening day 1). Take 1 rest day. Then listen to the third title by itself (listening day 2). Then a rest day. Then the 2 titles (listening day 3) then a rest day …

Guys my cycle’s last day is tomorrow and it’s a rest day. Does it count in the 5-8 day washout period or do I take the rest day off and then take 5 more days off?
