How long is a custom?

Is it always a one hour track or it depends on the number of modules?

It will alway be an hour long with both ultrasonic and masked versions
I remeber reading this someway plus i think it in the support/faq of the q store

@Sub.Zero you thinking about building one sometime soon if so about what if you dont mind me asking?

What @NinjaFox said. Ultimas are 1 hour too.

Does it mean if I had a 10 modules custom instead of 20 modules, I would be exposed to each module at the double rate?

Everything is an hour, but sometimes some software applications get a little wonky. They may sometimes display a different time even though the actual subliminal track plays out at 60 minutes. Had this happen on iTunes (for PC) and GrooveMusic. On iTunes, the track listed as 2 hours, but if I actually let it play out, it would end and go to the next track after 60 minutes.

Weird.

Anyway, yeah. Everything is ~60 minutes.

@Malkuth what about that question above?

That’s a ‘how the sausage is made’ question. So we have no simple, straightforward answer.

But.

You can make reasonable inferences from the way that Saint and Fire describe the programs. They talk about some programs with many modules/scripts as being high in Density (or, ‘heavier’) and others with fewer contents as being low in Density (or ‘lighter).

Density is mass by volume (or mass divided by volume).

In this case, Mass corresponds to the amount of Contents (modules or scripts) being packed into a subliminal.

Volume is how much space the subliminal occupies. Here that’s measured in time, i.e., 1 hour.

We know that the Volume always remains constant. Every program lasts for one hour.
We also know that the basic Mass can change. 10 modules is less mass. 20 modules is greater mass.

The last clue we have is that the developers have told us that there are higher and lower density programs, that suggests that a 10 module Custom is more spread out than a 20-module Custom.

If a 10-module program were to somehow play at double the rate as a 20-module program, there would be no high-density and low-density programs. In other words, that would mean that mass was being kept constant. Since volume is always constant (i.e., 1 hour), that would mean that Density would always be the same.

Picture that you have 3 identical cups in front of you on a table:

The first cup is filled with cotton candy.
The next cup is filled with water.
The final cup is filled with a thick smoothie.

They all take up the same Volume (i.e., they fill up that cup). But the first cup is low in density, the second is medium, and the last is high in density.

That seems to be how the subliminals are made.

So the practical takeaway is that:

All else being equal, it’s going to be fastest to digest the contents of the lowest density cup.

The benefit of creating a Custom with 10 modules is that it’s going to be integrated more smoothly, quickly and easily into your mind than if you were to load on 10 additional modules.

(On the other hand, when it comes to subliminals, all else is most certainly NOT equal. Some ‘low density’ programs are going to be difficult to digest. A tiny tab of LSD or cocaine, for example, is going to be more intense to digest than a big chocolate cake or loaf of bread. So, we need to consider other factors besides just density.)

p.s. Interestingly, each time today that I’ve typed out a long explanatory post, I’ve looked down at my phone and observed that Quantum Limitless Stage 2 is playing. :joy: Okay. Back to work.

Unless @Fire and @SaintSovereign want to provide one.

Yes, it would be great if @SaintSovereign and/or @Fire could elaborate on that.

Remember this is a question about what’s underneath …

So if you are lucky, you might get a gif indicating something ambiguous and noncommittal.
