I am new and have watched the tutorial on how to listen to basic subs.
I have a question about how long to listen a sub? If it is a multi-stage sub (4 stages), what is the minimum listening time for each stage?
If after listening to a sub for a long time and switching to a new sub, will the benefits received from the old sub gradually disappear or will they still be retained?
Is it necessary to choose a new sub that is related and supportive to the old sub?
Exposure or listening time is all up to you. Some go full 15m others stay at 3m.
It just depends if you get symptoms of recon or overload. If you don’t get either, run the whole 15m. If you do get recon, dial it back.
For multi stagers, it’s the same thing where it’s up to you, find your sweetspot. Stage 1 of said title your sweet spot may be 7m. Stage 2 may be 5m and stage 3 can be 15m. You gotta feel it out.
And benefits IMO never disappear.
Thanks for sharing, I would like to ask more how many cycles should I listen for each sub or how many months should each sub listen?
Keep running it until you get the results you want.
You can do 1 cycle per stage, or 2 if you really want to “lock in” the results before you move on
Good place to start
Depends how long you listen to the old sub, but it should be retained
And no you don’t need to choose a new sub thats related to the old one
The general consensus is one cycle for each stage. Yet in practice some, including I, would go (far) beyond that. There is nothing wrong spending a few cycles on one stage.
Similar as above, you have to exercise self discretion for that. Some run the same sub(s) for months, some do not.
Official recommendation is to run a title for three months to get some results, half a year for decent results and a year for great results.
With multistagers it depends on your experience and your results with the sub.
Of you feel like the sub still has a lot of work tondo after 1,2,3,… Months, keep it.
Or cycle through the stages and start again at stage 1 after you’ve finished stage 4.
