In the instructions it says that a rule of thumb is “30 days for small changes, 90 days for big changes and 6 months for major changes”. How would this work for multistage subliminals? Would that mean that as theyre multible subliminals in one that youd have to go through all stages for 6 months each for major results? Or is it that since the other stages are in the final stage that you only would have to spend a few months on the firsts few stages and than 6 months on the final stage?

I think it depends on the person and how much exposure they want per level. Some people do 30 days per stage or up to 90. I’m doing Emperor Fitness right now and plan on doing 60 days per stage. From what I understand each stage is contained into the next stage so you will continue to get the benefits from it (anyone here please correct me if I am wrong).

Fam there’s major results throughout major program stages but the final stage is so dense that it’s better to cut your results up to portions because the last stage might just overwhelm you
And yes when you get to stage 4 and it’s not as overwhelming as the last then you keep listening till you reach what you want
You can do it for years, your sky is your limit
Exactly spending a few months on the last stage cause the other stages are included-except with Khan and EOG in which case I’d spend 3 months on the first stage, 1-2 months on 2 and 3 and 3+ months on the final stage.

Your question is understandable.
Often with a stage 4, the other previous stages are included. HOWEVER, please read each product description to verify this. There are exceptions such as Khan which has stage 2 and 3 but not stage 1.
As for how much time? As an example Dragon Reborn people are doing 60 to 90 because it really kicks in the 
… for something like Quantum Limitless maybe 30 to 60 days.

Would this be the same recommendation for DR?
Does that include modules in the custom store? Like let’s say I make a custom with EOG ST4 would that module contain all the previous stages in that one module?
Also, how many core modules can you include in a custom? If I wanted to make a custom with StarkQ, Mogul, and EOG ST4 would that be possible?
I would encourage you to read the EoG description first. The description at the main shop would tell you what is contained in each stage for the ones in the Q shop.
As for the limit of cores, the official recommendation is 3. So yes the one you posted above has 3 and should work fine.

That’s a great question, I never even considered that the core in a custom would be distinctly different than the store program. The definite answer we’ve been able to gather is that cores for custom contain the essential elements of that store program but not the result enhancers necessarily. So the inclusion of previous stages in stage 4 I would say are essential elements of that stage/core and would be included in that stage 4 core in the custom store.
A StarkQ, Mogul, and EOG stage 4 custom would certainly be possible.

Say I wanted to add in EOG ST1 to get the healing. Would having four core modules be too much and diminish results?
the official recommendation I believe is 1 month minimum. While people can certainly benefit from running extended use in early stages, looking back I would do 4-6 weeks of DR per stage and longer on stage 4. I’ve found for me the full 2 months per stage while beneficial has gone very deep, there’s so much to heal it could go on forever, the biggest changes and differences slowed down after 1 month per stage and the rest has been stabilizing more and more.

I would do this:
EoG stage 1, StarkQ, and EOG stage 4. I’d leave out Mogul.

I have seen a few people on here in journals put 4 or more usually it was big cores for 2 of them then like ME or PCC or ultima cores which are smaller in size i guess
I run full year stacks. So in a year I develop 90 days to each stack. This way you get everything you can from that stage without running 4 stages over the periof of 2 years. After this year is up with EoG I am going to stick with EoG stage 4 by itself or in a custom.
