How long do you wash out for?

I am on day 5 of wash out. I did stop Stark & RM a week sooner though, so technically 5 days since stopping seductress.

I was wondering if you wash out for 5 full days and then resume listening on day 6 or on day 5 resume listening?

Does anyone do shorter wash outs?
What’s the longest you’ve washed out?

I am sure it depends on if you’re continuing with the same titles or slight/big changes.

I am swapping out RM for Mogul, but continuing with 2 regular titles I’ve been using on and off for over a year.

I feel like I would be okay to start today, but maybe it’s more beneficial to keep washing out.

I have an itch for Mogul benefits.

I have done washouts of 3 days, 5 days, a week, a month and once even 2 months.

It’s fine. Start Mogul when you want to. Scratch that itch!

My washouts are between 3-5 days always.

Listening schedule:

Day 1: Mogul

Day 2: Rest

Day 3: Seductress + Stark

Or

Day 1: Mogul + Stark

Day 2: Rest

Day 3: Seductress
