I donât even want to give a specific meditation recommendation, but I did Vipassana, which is essentially just a very basic watching the breath meditation. The key was that I was doing it 5-10 hours a day while living at the centers over the course of 8 months. At that point, I was so jaded sexually, I was getting concerned about how fetishized I was and how I wasnât really having normal sex anymore, I needed it to be a bit fetishized all the time or I didnât like it.
3 weeks of meditating in the center and I felt cleansed of all that and reset back to normal.
So itâs not the TYPE of meditation, but itâs the FREQUENCY and LENGTH of meditations that occur.
If you can start watching your breath an hour a day every day, or half an hour a day ever day, or half an hour twice a day, or whatever frequency you can manage, youâll chip away at the fetishization. Not to mention every other element of your life will start to improve as well. Thisâll apply to any meditation technique.
No, I think if you deprive yourself for like a month or two youâre gonna be very sensitive and wonât need a fetish to get off, and if you go straight into having normal sex in a healthy relationship, the fetish will be gone.
It has to be replaced, kind of like how they say you canât just remove a bad habit, you gotta replace it with a good one.
While I agree, that you will be fine with regular stuff after a month of, I highly doubt this one encounter will undo your fetish.
With the example of habits, it takes a MINIMUM of 21 days of repeatedly doing the new habit to alter the existing one.
With a socia-sexual fetish imprinted (possibly) at a young age, Iâd say that is even longer.

Also, depends what kind of fetish it is. If it involves hacking blonde women up with an axe, I recommend having some sort of talk therapy, preferably with a qualified psychologist.
I would ask myself what triggers the fetish ? specific environments ? stress ? without an understanding of what triggers it you cannot decide on a course of action.
