I have listened to subliminals and gotten something out of listening to Subliminal Club to be a fan.

to make contribution to the community ，you could just simply start a journal and document the changes that you make along the journey…it could be trivial，big，or life altering…it doesn’t matter，just write them down….you never know which sentence will actually hit some one and inspire them to re-examine their life situation…

To make a journal, open the journals sectiona ND open a new thread, give a title of your choosing and make a post every now and then about your journey with subliminals.
