How do I stack Emp, Rebirth, limitless

Since I have to start somewhere, and me trying to make myself flawless before starting this improvement journey has proven to not work for me, this is probably the best stack for me right now at least for the first cycle to get a “practice run” kinda and and build up to try my custom theory. That being said I don’t know how to stack this since there’s been this rule of 5-7 mins, some saying 3 min loops, new version of zp and the nature of rebirth in general.

There are no “rules,” only recommendations.

Regardless of how many minutes you listen, the recommendation for 3 titles will be the same.

2 titles
Rest
Third title
Rest
Repeat until cycle is over. Then wash out

I don’t know what your current goals and situations are but i wouldn’t run this stack tbh. good luck tho

Looks fine.

As long as it’s aligned with your goals, you’re good to go.

  • Shorter micro-loops are definitely not a rule. They’re just a way to individualize your experience based on your own felt preferences. If you have no particular preference yet, then start out with a standard 15- minute loop and work from there.

  • The stacking instructions are still the same ones that you receive every time you purchase a program. They are simple and straightforward. There’s nothing arcane there. @Trader just summarized them but you’ll find the same info in the instruction documents. Read ‘em, amigo.

My opinion here. I’d run Emperor only on its own listening day with that stack. Something like

  • Rebirth + Limitless Listening day
  • Rest day
  • Emperor
  • Rest day
  • Rebirth + Limitless Listening day

etc.

For listening times, you can start out small with 3 minute loops in cycle one then try 5 minute loops cycle two. Work your way up to the full 15 minute loops.

So rebirth will affect both emp and limitless in that listening schedule?

Why would you say it’s a bad stack?

I’m asking because I saw people saying that they got better results from 7 minute loops.

Thanks. Why would you go with rebirth and limitless first instead of rebirth and emp? I was under the impression since emp is more expansive than limitless it would need to be closer to rebirth.

I do the most dense title on its own listening day in a 3 ZP titles stack. It is also a preference.

With Rebirth & Emperor on the same listening day I am not sure how it would play out. I’ve played Rebirth in ZPv1 in the past but have not used both Rebirth + Emperor.

Subliminals facilitate mind-states.

Rebirth facilitates an overall mind-state of positive transformation.

Rebirth is not only going to empower both Emperor and Limitless; it’s, moreover, going to empower every other transformation you are working to make in your life, subliminals-related or not.

That’s another thing that bothers, what’s the difference between the zp version? I heard the second version is somehow more subtle yet even more profound.

ZPV2 has a lower ratio of Primer scripting to Title-Specific scripting.

Ahh okay. I know it could be used with a solo focus but I read it’s at it’s best when used with another sub like AC or lifechargers.

So say I want/need to fix my sleep schedule and actually wake up in the morning ( I went to sleep at 2:30am ish, which is early for me and woke up at 7am only for me to go back to sleep till 1:40pm ish) or start a basic full body workout. It’ll help me make those changes more naturally?

I would put it this way. Rebirth helps you to make the internal adjustments that match up to the external changes you’re working to make in your life.

In your above example, if you’re working on adjusting your sleeping and wakingcycle and routines, you will work out some sort of a plan. You’ll adjust your sleep environment to make it sufficiently cool, dark, free of stimulating influences. You’ll adjust your activity level to take advantage, for example, of the compensatory post-exercise drop in body temperature that facilitates falling asleep. You will adjust your eating times and your nutritional content, so that your digestive system is relatively calm at bedtime and your internal system is not processing sleep-disruptive stimulants. You’ll introduce calming or rest-facilitating activities in the 1 or 2 hours prior to bed time. And so on and so on.

As you do some or all of those above-described actions, you will also play Rebirth. And Rebirth will help to impart to you an internal flexibility that makes you less resistant and more open to changes in your routine. Otherwise, it would take longer for you to adapt to the changes. That internal receptiveness and flexibiilty will also add the momentum of success to your attempts to make the change. With each additional success, you’ll become even more effective at integrating helpful routines and actions.

And in that way, your lifestyle will gradually shift to integrate and align with your chosen habit or direction.

That’s how I would see it working.

Just one thing as food for thought.
You know why you have this stack but for me Limitless with Emperor is somehow not needed because Emperor has QL lite within itself.
So I would rather choose something else instead of that. Or maybe just run only Emperor with Rebirth.
In my case, I am running titles like one day
title 1, title 2
but second time it is
title 2, title 1
and so on

Great advice friend. Sounds perfect.

Ahhh ok

I chose limitless because of it’s affect on flow factor, subconscious, my custom theory, and the fact it’ll supercharge learning of anything especially things like mental models memory palaces, things I need to really be a genius or at least be able develop a deep intuitive understanding of things in a short amount of time.

I am not saying it’s a bad one, just i would go a different route. what are you trying to achieve with this stack?
