Good question ā we use only 5% of our brain consciously.
The reason is we are still mostly asleep. Monks or humans whoāre more āawakeā, aware or conscious for that matter use more brain capacity than 5%.
Yes, subliminal instructions will process and execute faster.
We are a mass of energy vibrating at different frequencies. Everything in the Universe is Light ā light is electricity is heat. Meaning that everything in the visible universe is electricity ā Tesla was spot on!
How do we get more consciousness? Raise your frequency ā how do you raise your frequency? Iāll leave that answer up to you. Seek and ye shall find 
Energy cannot be created nor destroyed, therefore all energy is always present at any location in time and space. Thatās the lovely thing about awareness, once you reach a certain state you can see things others see not.
It is only through awareness we gain understanding.

The brain works via wave activity. AND that activity is synergistic. AND itās neuroplastic. Describing it in terms of āpercentage usedā does not really make sense.
This erroneous statistic is just a fancy way of making the (very valid) point that : āwe can do betterā.
(By the way, higher level mental performance is often correlated with narrower, more efficient use of neural resources. Better performers often do more with less.)

Thank you the answers. The reason behind the question is because Iām internalizing things faster and manifestations are crazy lately due to increase of my vibration. And when I silence my thoughts, enter a light trance itās as if I can feel the script unloading, especially during off days like today. Also since Iām on the path of using more of my brain, I wondered how itāll affect me.

Itās less a thing of how much of our brain we use. More of āHow much do we use at the same time?ā and also an issue of brainwave synchronization.

This is similar to how behaviours become habit to conserve resources. The more habitual something is, the less energy the brain uses to make it happen, since that behaviour is already ālocked inā.
Higher energy uses occur the more ānovelā and new a behaviour us.

Thatās true; which is why one of the best ways to become smarter is to be a fool.
I think the potential of the brain is in the layers instead of the waves. Something science can not really probe yet. Hopefully the future will show some more interesting results
I think there is evidence to support this. After all, we have a whole lot of brains around; supporting a whole lot of activities.
Clearly, the alpha activity in a mouseās brain structures is contributing to different outcomes than similar brain wave activity that is allowing us to have this interaction.
Itās true that my statement was kind of problematic and narrow. My point is just that thereās a complex variety of metrics involved when it comes to assessing brains. Itās one of the most complex systems in existence. (Some say the most, but I think we should include the Cosmos itself.)

You can increase the brainās output by using it better, or by improving how it runs, you donāt need to use it āmoreā. For more specific reasons on why those subs are so effective, Saint or Fire could answer that better
I stand corrected. It was just pointed out to me by something I did not just make up that people who believe in vibrational frequencies and your thoughts use on average 9.7 % of their brain power daily

Hmm, do you think we create our thoughts or receive it? Do you belief in manifesting like Saint talked about, passive and active ones?
It goes against my own personal experience and what I have seen with other people. Maybe the % is just a way of expressing it, but I do belief there is much more to be used
I believe in manifestation, but only to a point, and only because I have an open mind that there is more out there than we can scientifically prove. I believe much more in having a goal and working your ass off to achieve it.
