Is it possible to make subs that communicate with and instruct the Higher Self or Superconcious Mind?
Since that is the master of both conscious and unconscious minds.

If you are asking if there are subliminals that will assist you in communicating with YOUR Higher Self, then yes.
However, that sort of communion takes work. I would recommend the Alchemist for you.

is higher self and superconscious mind even proven to be a real thing? i’ve heard of these new age concepts but no one has ever given me a reasonable explanation or evidence lol… maybe its just me
i mean, we know there is conscious mind and subconscious mind
What makes you think your Higher Self isn’t already aware of the subs? Have you thought that it could be your Higher Self that lead you here?

I’m sure Higher Self is aware and giving guidance.
I’d like to know if subs can signal and command, or order the Super Conscious Mind, or just at best improve our connection and communication.
Do even those have scientific proof?
