Of course.
In my experience, as long as you’re serious about them, you’ll see the improvements.
100% man it’s all about mastery!
Hero is probably the best sub I ever ran. Just makes life so sweet.
it’ll invoke a sense of discipline and responsibilitiy in your life that can be applied to everything you do.
but if you take it down this path, the KEY is to not just let it happen unconsciously. Hero inspires you to practice, and creates near-spiritual experiences via the process of progressively learning more and more about your chosen art(s).
My point being, you have to practice. If you have two things you’re mastering, then you have to practice them both almost daily, or at least very regularly. Musashi didn’t just get born as a great swordsman, he was raised to value discipline and training from a much earlier age than most, as his father was also a samurai.
