Day 46
Break day no listening.
The female instrcuctors at the gym have tsken a fancy to me. More smiles from women, more men being respectful and polite.
I had some very personal and interesting dreams. They were basically centered around the idea that if I don’t take action now, I’ll pay a heavy penalty later. I woke up feeling concerned, but I also knew that whatever the dream was telling me, I had to sort it out.

Lots of pain in shoulders and neck. Ended up gong for a deep tissue massage. Which helped me relax and hugely alleviate the pain.
Added red light therapy 10 mins a day to my daily routine.
Day 49
Currently on a break day. Nothing to report.
Day 50

Feeling calm and centred. I am starting to enjoy going out for long walks in the freezing weather with ice and stone. I feel.like the cold exposure benefits me in multiple ways.

Got compliments from the barrister " I love your boots" “I love your hat”. “You look like that guy from Peaky Blinders”.
Will take a break tomorrow.

Day 52 Rest Day
My chiropractor who has just qualified as a CFR specialist. Offered me fee CFR treatment.
It was painful as the balloon expanded inside my sinus.
Afterwards I felt my breathing was more fluid and natural. I booked in furthernaessions.
Day 53 No listening Rest Day
I feel very tired and not motivated to do anything.
Taking a 2 days break from listening.
I visited the coffee/cafe in the morning to grab. A coffee the barrister asked for my order i looked at her and was able to read her without much thought. I said to her you belong in a theatre role not working here. Her eyes widened and she said yes she studied theatre i went deeper and told her I bet you love writing poetry. She was taken back and began asking me questions about where i was from and what I did. The funny thing is what i said to her just came to me and what I saw in her in her just came to me. I believe this is ASBR at work.
I am begining to like ASBR more then StarkOG
