By which I mean, of course, if you let bodily fluids out, they contain the toxic materials. But for example, if you are on retention, it could just mean the toxic materials leave your body in another way? I.e. if you do injaculation for example, a little bit still enters the bladder. There’s also a bit of nightfall, right?

I am sure the body has enough ways to get rid of that.

I, personally, think the most energy you can have is high fat diet and not shooting your load all the time. I feel like more men on retention would have issues if this was really a problem. And I never heard of negative side-effects.
Mind you that most “retentioners” usually only go about 2-3 months without a load. Maybe it’s just a lack of information.

Then again, considering how much energy is wasted with each ejaculate (except for reproduction) I’ll go with the odds :smiley:

Look, Nutrients = Life force. When you are on a low-nutrient-dense diet like pretty much everybody, you want to protect your “life force”, your nutrients, at all cost. Ejaculation steals a lot of nutrients, that’s why nofap has so many advocates as now the nutrients are used for energy and other body functions.

However, when you belong to the small minority that has an excess of nutrients, you actually want to encourage ejaculation as it releases toxins.

I think there is no such study that even conducted such kind of experiment. The study of toxins in the body is very limited in general.

But I think it is pretty safe to compare what happens when women do not get their period to when male do not ejaculate. I don’t have time as I need to study for my medical exams, but I am sure you could research and find a study that looks at the toxin load in women who do not menstruate and if it is different to when they did.

But if it is true that women do live longer over men to a big degree because of their regular menstruation which releases toxins, then it seems to be most likely that the body is not excreting the toxins in other ways, also in males.

Yeah, you are right. There are also some that are raw fruitarian lol.

But you get what I mean, it is obviously never 100% but a majority. And a food rich in cooked meat, especially if it is fast food, would not be far better…

The opposite, we both agree. With most certainty, you are not having an excess of nutrients, so I do want you to do nofap to a certain degree.

But if anybody is looking towards building great health and longevity as his ultimate goals, he should look into his diet instead of doing 100 day nofap streaks which could even backfire.

It is like with trying to become rich:
You can either start making more money (more nutrients), or stop spending so much money (less fapping). If you have no means to make money, you better stop spending so much (nofap). But once you have a lot of money, it might be wise to invest some of that money for extra benefits :wink:

It is called the raw primal diet by Aajonus Vanderplanitz (look for the books), which consists of a diet full of raw meat (fish and meat) like sashimi and steak tartar, raw eggs, raw milk (or self-made raw kefir), raw butter, raw honey and cream (including coconut cream (different to oil)), raw juices (most often celery juices with some other veg) as the base, and a small quantity of raw berries at the end of the day. The diet is high-fat and high-protein, no supplements, no medications, and will be different for everyone based on your needs.

And no the high bacteria content on raw foods is not dangerous and one of the reasons why this diet is so healing.

But I really need to focus on my exams now, even though I would love to talk to you for much longer! Sry!
