Dear all, I recently purchased Quantum limitless. I need a little assistance from you guys regarding the 4 stages.
How long should I listen to Stage 1? Can I listen to it for 1 month then move ahead or listen to it for 3 months?

With multistagers, it’s generally recommended to run each stage at least 2 cycles. You can however run each stage for 1 month each then run stage 4 longer.
I’m running Dragon Reborn(another 4 stage product) and I am listening to each stage for 3 cycles to maximize healing.

If I run stage 1 for one month then stage 2 and then to stage 3 then stage 4. In this scenario can I go back to stage 1 and listen to it. Does this method improve results?
It could, but if you’re looking for a concrete answer you won’t find it. You’ll just have to try it and see.
@Matalexander305 has been having success running each stage of QL for 1 month each. I, on the other hand, listened to stage QL stage 1 from April to July, and am currently running stage 2 from August until the end of November (currently on a 1 cycle/month break).
We both have had great results with the subliminal, and I’m sure if we alternated our approaches for each other’s, we would still have great results. So don’t over think it, just run it and commit to the process, whether you want to for 4 months or a year.
