Help me decide next titles for my stack & schedule (based on Paragon Complete)

Hi everyone,
I’ve been doing PC for a bit now and very enthusiastic about the promise I’ve been seeing! I want to keep going with this sub for sure. I also want to try adding more titles one by one and work towards a versatile stack (of course I’ll be adding them one by one and slowly, no worries, but I like to think ahead) I could use your help on deciding which ones would be good for me and go well together. I see a lot of knowledge and experience here

Here are a few titles I’ve been considering:

  • Mind’s Eye
  • Sanguine
  • Sanguine: Elixer
  • Love Bomb
  • Love Bomb 4 Humanity
  • Quantum limetless
  • Limetless Executive
  • Helen of Troy
  • Regeneration
  • Dreams
  • Perhaps some meditation or energy stuff?

I’m thinking some of these might be better for later when I’ve healed a bit more, but I wanted to list them anyway so I can get your thoughts, and feel free to suggest any I might have missed!
For now I’m most leaning to Mind’s Eye (I think it might be useful for healing/recieve messages from subconscious on PC, I also have aphantasia of all senses, am an artist, and have creative hobbies and do meditation almost daily) I expect that one to be on the harder side as well because of the aphantasia so to “lighten” the stack a little I was thinking maybe one of the sanguine’s or love bomb?
Quantum limetless stage 1 and 2 seem great for me as well, my illness has disregulation of the autonomic nervous system, resulting hormonal disbalance (body releases too much norepinephrine when upright, as well as ADHD), low blood volume and thus low bloodflow to the brain and resulting heavy brainfog and loss of executive function/memory/intelligence/etc. Quantum limetless seems to tackle these things very well, and I love learning. Would love to be able to get in well enough shape to do an online course or something

A few background details that might be important to know:

  • I have a severe chronic illness and receiving treatment, but am stuck in the house unfortunately. So no need for any leadership/sexual/adventurous/wealth stuff until I get better.
  • Building muscle is important for my treatment, but not sure if PC already targets it? I was considering Helen of Troy in case it doesn’t, as it seems kinder to my situation than the fitness/fighting titles (and if course I wouldn’t mind a glow up), but physical shifting still seems like it might be heavy on top of PC. PC has me pretty tired often, which is good because that is often a sign of repair work in the body, but I am on a very limited activity/energy budget. If my physical therapist doesn’t approve it it is a no go, so I’m looking to make the most out of my limited exercises.
  • I would really love to have a title that could increase my enjoyment for life and the people I have. My life is in a very tight space so I want to make the most of it.
  • Trauma and grief work is stuff that would also need to be done (eventually?) honestly I feel PC might be doing some grief stuff because I’ve been dreaming a lot about my deceased loved ones since starting the title. Seems heavy to add on top of more healing, not sure how it combo’s
  • I’m planning to go to 17 day cycles (9 listening days) and 5 rest days. Paragon can be tiring so I want to make sure the schedule is sustainable.

Here is a picture of my planner/trackers so far:
(I just put these together, I plan to be much better at tracking and taking action this October! I didn’t include august because I wasn’t keeping track and there wasn’t a structured listening schedule)

So yeah, let me know your thoughts, advice, and any experiences you might have in stacking things

Saint mentioned Khan Black is a good addition for physical healing and shifting. More energy = more capability to physical changes.

Wow, I never would have considered that title. Thanks so much for suggesting it, what you are saying makes a lot of sense. I’ll look into this title more

Would you please summarize your objectives for subliminals in 75 words or less?

Seems I accidentally deleted my post, sorry!

Top priority:

  • Have a higher baseline with my chronic illness, no longer being bed bound.
  • Cure/improve multiple health issues.
  • Be able to consistently do rehabilitation therapy exercises without experiencing week long crashes afterwards due to exercise intolerance. If possible optimize muscle gain and pacing/recovery, vital treatment step. Had no progress for years
  • Be able to relax my body and mind. Enjoy life, feel safe.

Other goals I’d like to achieve:

  • Be able to go and enjoy the outside (wheelchair needed) I miss nature.
  • Would like to feel safe from negative individuals that might target me due to looking weak in wheelchair/needing help with dressing/showering/not able to protect myself/etc.
  • Combat executive dysfunction and brain fog, be able to plan, learn, visualize, get things done etc.
  • Be able to visualize, heal aphantasia
  • Heal from trauma and grief, cptsd
  • Have a consistent daily meditation & qi gong practice
  • Be able to have visitors, Become better at socializing
  • Able to do and enjoy hobbies and learn new skills
  • Look my best

I didn’t know if you meant long or short term? Sorry the second list went over the word count.
I’m starting to think it needs to be broken up into phases because I wouldn’t be able to start some things before I get physically less disabled/sick. Thanks for looking at this with me

What would be your top 2 objectives?

Top 2 priority:

  • No longer being bed bound
  • Re-build muscle by consistently being able to de physical therapy

I suppose the second goal is one of the things needed to achieve the first goal

Sounds like a strengthening and muscle building sub would help you get there.

Emperor Fitness would fit well here.

It’s unisex, so no problems there.

And it should help you with motivation / technique / all that good stuff that you need for consistent effort in physical therapy as well.

Paragon + Sanguine

You are probably right about that! I looked at it and it is looking good, although more expensive so I’ll have to save up for a bit.

Do you think the motivation part will get in the way of my physical therapists advise to practice pacing? I can imagine it could cause frustration or recon if the action I can take is extremely small compared to the people it was created for

The more I think about it the better this combo looks. Do you have experience with it?

I’ve tried to put more relaxation techniques into my actions the past week and I find it really helps a lot. I feel it might be very beneficial for healing, not to mention my meditations too
Thanks for this suggestion!

I don’t think that would be a problem.

Physical therapy can be really difficult, more difficult than regular workouts.

I think the motivation scripting would work wonderfully in your case.

Thanks, will definitely make a saving goal for it

I built a custom last year based on Paragon and Sanguine The Elixir, it helped me a lot with reducing pain and inflammation. I was diagnosed with spondylitis.
It inspired me to explore alternatives and get better.

Im thinking about building an updated version of it, since I still experience pain every now and then, not nearly as strong or as often as I used to.

Im my current custom Im using Sanguine and I just love it. Its helping me understand the importance of relaxation, giving me more awareness about my body, ultimately helped me understand that I lived in tension for many, many years and Im now learning what relaxation really is.

Thanks for sharing your experiences, I’m very glad to hear these have been such a big help to you!

About living in tension, I know exactly what you mean. I’ve sighed to my partner many times that I wish I could just relax or chill, but my body is always tense, before subs nothing I tried worked. Doing some more relaxation focused actions this week + paragons influence has showed me that merely getting a whiff of relaxation is already really good. I can imagine it would be a very beneficial state of being on all sorts of levels!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, I think Sanguine would be a great affordable sub for me to start stacking with PC. I’ll give it time for the combo to really come to fruition while I save up for adding one of the bigger programs later

I hope you’ll find something that helps with the pain soon :four_leaf_clover: building a custom sounds very fun, good luck if that is the way you decide to go!
