It happens to me that during the changes of seasons and other times of the year I start to feel bad and experience strong anxiety randomly. My theory is that as temperatures change my body associates bad memories with the transition between season and makes me feel bad (it’s what in nlp is called anchoring). For example, in this period I feel anxiety and bad memories of when I started school as a teenager and it creates an extreme discomfort as there have been traumatic events for various reasons in this times.
My question is: what sub can help me in this particular case, to help me eliminate or review these negative memories in a good light and eliminate those anxieties that consume me?
I am currently using Khan ST1 and Limitless.
