Have some disposable income and I want to create some extra customs for some future goals. I wanted to know which cores are good for exercise and health. Also is lots and ef similar?
paragon is for health
LoTs is for shifting
spartan is fitness
EF is also for fitness but a multistager so it’s not as good for a custom compared to Spartan core since you have to choose one of the 4 stages while Spartan is a complete pack in one in my humble opinion but some people made custom with it in the past.
Paragon + Spartan custom
will do both health and fitness
if you want also add some shifting, slide in there also LoTs core. Eez

Awesome feedback, do you know if Paragon has all the A/SPS modules in them? Want to add a few to this custom
not sure! I was told that the modules you choose for a custom will make the custom more focused on that specific area. If something very specific is bothering you, the asps module for that target will serve as a booster of sorts. You still might want to submit a ticket for that question though. They reply within 5 work days.
