i want to make a health custom, specifically focused on improing both my mental and physical sexual health. ie. beat side effects of years of porn abuse.

Would appreciate your feedback.

  1. Paragon Complete Core

  2. Dopaminergic Revival

  3. Inner Gasoline

  4. Eye of the Storm
    6, MDFY: Freedom

  5. MDFY: Now

  6. MDFY: Conscious Guidance

  7. SPS: Endocrine System

  8. SPS: Reproductive System

  9. SPS: Nervous System

  10. Stop Porn and Masturbation

  11. Stronger

  12. Synergy: Preordained Vitality

  13. Prevent Premature Ejaculation

  14. Psyche Restoration

  15. Psyche Augmentation

  16. APS Hair

Did i miss anything or add anything taht could diminish the desired effects?

As far as i know it is adviced (at least for the most cases) that you only add 1 MDFY module to customs. And i think MDFY: Freedom is a great one for dense customs.

Adding in New Physical Shifting Experience (Or New Reulst Enhancing Experinece maybe) contributes geting NSE scripting to your custom.

Getting a seperate custom for mental health stuff might work better.

I would maybe do something like this:

Paragon Complete Core
New Physical Shifting Experience Core

MDFY: Freedom
Inner Gasoline
Deep Sleep
Synergy: Energetic Transcendence
SPS: Endocrine System
SPS: Nervous System
SPS: Immune System
A/SPS: Organs
DEUS
Omnidimensional

  1. As @Bull_of_Shiva_999 said, remove the MDFY’s, only keeping freedom or even removing all three.

  2. Physical Healing Experience Core will be a good choice and make modules like Aphrodite, SYNERGY: Harmonic Conflux, and Stonelike even more effective. (Recommend you add those modules with or without NPhE.

  3. The only sub that does everything you want (physical, mental, sexual health improvements) is KB, and I would suggest you run it, either alongside this custom, or in this custom.

  4. LoTS and Paragon were what @SaintSovereign recommended for an anti-aging title, so, I’d recommend throwing that in there, and running KB alongside it.

Other than the great advice given here, I wouldn’t recommend putting New Physical Shifting Experience Core in a physical healing custom.

I had asked Fire about this and he said it suits a purely physical shifting custom rather than a custom focused on physical healing.

Taking them into consideration, how does the following look like? (maybe i am still cramming 2 goals into one custom. althoughy broadly both are related )

This looks very good. I would only advice to remove Result Enhancers like DEUS and Omnidimensional if you have MDFY: Freedom in the custom.

Since MDFY: Freedom is to give the custom it’s own pace, result enhancers could conflict with that.

I must admit, am only intuiting this since Fire did say that MDFY: Freedom is good for long-term customs that you want to give time to attain those results.

Would removing the 2 result enhancers be all? Would adding any other modules improve the custom?

Other than removing the result enhancers, I wouldn’t change anything else. Unless you want to emphasize looks in which case you could add Synergy: Apollon Unbound and Synergy APS: Head/Face but one could argue those are covered by the LotS Core.

Best way to resolve this is sending a ticket or get an answer from the founders.

I just built a physical shifting custom today with MDFY: Freedom, Omnidimensional and Void of Creation in it…

Reason i do it like this is there will be some stuff that will be achieved easily/without much effort and some stuff that takes more time/energy. This way i ensure both are covered appropriately.

Do what you feel like is the best… or wait for the official answer if feeling unease, in the end your conscious guidance will matter too and both might be ok.
