Hello there, the name is Legreatness ive been with subliminalclub on and off for a year now The healing titles have been calling on me lately and i cant ignore them anymore. So i would like some tips on which stack i should use for healing:
Reborn, Regeneration, limit destroyer or Reborn, Sanguine elixir, limit destroyer or reborn, sanguine elixir and regeneration.
I will probably throw in a weekly loop of rebirth to.
any details on what you’re trying to heal?
If you want to start slow, Sanguine: The Elixir + Regeneration.
If you want to go all out and since you have a year of experience with SubliminalClub, you can do the multistage Dragon Reborn + the original Sanguine.
I’ve read in a couple of threads that DR alone is a very heavy title with quite some recon.
So as Lion said, use it with Sanguine to make it more bearable.
But without further info about what you’re trying to heal its hard to give proper advice.
I dont have anything specifik in mind, but i do know that ive do think that i have accumulated much unnecessary baggage and feel quite inhibited, so just overall healing
If i want to go all out and be as extreme as i can be would it be better to have dragon reborn regen and sanguine or limit destroyer instead of sanguine?
I’d go with Sanguine first. Recon wise it sounds to heavy with DR, Regeneration and DR:LD
If you’re able to take it, you can try switching Sanguine for LD.
Sanguine would probably be a good idea, but i want to see just how deep down the reconciliation hole i can dive into and if im able to take it, im quite confident i can, and the deeper i dive the brigher the pheonix within me will rise. This bit also sounds more heroic, so i will probably keep LD and embark on this journey. WIsh me luck!

LBFH is a great one as well surprised that wasn’t on your list
Regeneration, Rebirth or Limit Destroyer to start with.
Eventually can move on to Dragon Reborn.

Would there be any drawback in results if i run the three heaviest healing titles? Its totally cool with me if the reconcilliation is level total annhilation, but no hindrance in results is wanted.
Generally speaking adding more subs doesn’t “reduce” results but in my opinion, it spreads them out.
You’re still developing in all areas, but you’re developing in more areas simultaneously, so you get the same amount of results, but in more areas therefore less results per area, but it all balances out if you listen to the stack for long enough.
I think listening to Dragon Reborn solo for 4 months, then Regeneration solo for 4 months, then LBFH solo for 4 months would get you approximately the same results as running all 3 for 12 months.
Sometimes subs with contrary goals can make taking action more difficult… running Wanted Black and Emperor Black means you’re not going to take 100% of the action needed on most of the scripting from both. That’s an example of where it’d be better to run them separately - so you can take action on both.
Meanwhile, running Wanted Black with S&SX, or running Emperor with Limitless Executive… random examples… both of those stacks would help you take MORE action, therefore get more results.
Action is the key in both cases. Even with healing, you have to take action, socially, personally, professionally, and of course emotionally actually doing healing work where possible.
So for me, rather than three healing subs, I’d suggest stacking a healing sub with a sub that’s related to your future goals. Healing will dominate the stack anyways. But it’s just a good anchor. Are you “healing” so you can show up more fully when you interact? Stack something with Ascension or whatever you want to express socially. Want to heal your masculinity? GLM. Want to pursue financial goals but are stuck by anxiety? Healing + Mogul. Want to heal so you can develop a relationship? Healing + Wanted
Chosen is an alpha sub that heals with general positivity, instead of “healing” directly. It would be very good to stack with any healing sub.
And the original Love Bomb has the same premise, so it has light healing but also just makes people really nice to you which is an amazing healing experience by itself.
Could do Healing + Chosen + Goal oriented sub
Im actually taking a lot of action on healing and i dont care so much about other things so i would not want to run any other sub than a healing sub because i would not take any action on that, be that said should i just keep the same stack, or is there something more i have to consider?
What are your goals in life other than healing, or, after you’re “healed,” what do you want to do in life?
I dont really have a specifik end goal for healing , but i have decided to put away a set amout of time for full focus on it and then after that i will have to evaluate depending on how things look, but right now i dont have an answer for you.
Then I’d recommend stacking a healing title with Genesis 
It has emotional transmutation which is a type of healing, and a bit of everything, so if you’re undecided, it’s the perfect sub for all purposes, then you can enhance with more of what you want once you decide you want it.
Healing usually refers to the removal of obstacles, so it’s very difficult to heal without knowing why you’re healing. Genesis would be the best sub for clarity on why you’re healing.
Or healing can also mean feeling more positive emotion, which is good too… but even then, knowing what you want in life is one of the major aspects to positive emotion. Apart from that, I’d say that Sanguine; Elixir is the best healing sub for the “feel good now” effect.
