Healing Others Through the Self

It’s possible that healing yourself, might heal others (to an extent) in your close inner circle/family etc. Particularly if you are dealing with a “generational” issue. Issues such as money, health, and other issues that tend to “run in families.”

If you successfully heal an issue that others in your circle deal with, it can cause a shift in them where they start to revaluate their own issues. They may start to question the legitimacy of the “family curse” and may even start to over come it themselves.

Anyway, probably obvious, but thought I would share because I’m sure many people here have family legends and stories about “curses” and “identity.” The whole “You’re a Smith, and Smiths do xyz” type narrative that is common in families.

In some cases family stories and myths can be helpful, in other cases they can be destructive.

So, for those of you with less than awesome families, healing yourself might very well help heal them.

Oh damn I thought that was my weird family that did that. They’ll be like “you got the Lastname gene”. It’s weird how they are just so willing to accept the permanence of it. Then consequently pass that down to me.

It goes the other way too. The issues might be so closely related that seeing you break out of the patterns triggers their own fear and they unconsciously try to guide you to “safety”. But I’ve noticed the more I stay my path they start questioning their beliefs around why my actions make them uncomfortable. But damn if you don’t have a solid foundation it’s really easy to be led back to the exact patterns that created the chaos in your life to begin with.

The mind and heart coherence is not a new idea. It is contagious to everybody not just your family, it can be practice daily and at first it will become very uncomfortable.

Having a poor family or a ‘bad’ family is never a curse, it’s a choice that we all made - and we constantly support it that’s why it becomes our own reality. Giving thanks on things that you already had can have a strong effect on issues that your facing. You could try it now.

The abundance has never to do with where you came from, it has something to do on how you connect with the source - and it begins with you and not them. So start with your inner ‘switch’ to change everything, then all the external will change to your liking.

Please elaborate. I don’t think anyone chooses mistreatment.

The basic idea here is that no matter the external circumstances and conditions, there yet remains, always, a significant force that we contribute through our choices, through our intentions, through our perceptions.

It’s difficult to discuss this topic because of our human tendency to take any thing—good or bad—way too far. And our tendency to blur and misrepresent lines of process and context.

It’s facile and perhaps a bit rude to minimize the pain or suffering of a feeling being; and to do so is a hubristic misapplication of the above principle.

But

That principle is, nevertheless, true.

And the process of recognizing its truth at ever-deepening levels of one’s knowing constitutes a spiritual path potent enough to fill more than several lifetimes.

I think for me it’s because the line of choices made and lack of free will can be blurred. Through a specific sequences of events you can be given the capacity to thrive or torment yourself for years. All from something set forth by an individual operating from their own set of conditioning. I’ve yet to see anyone reverse that in a shortened span of time, that’s why I take issue with the idea of choice. Those choices are not equally balanced in terms impact.

It’s a question of scale and capacity.

In all endeavors, without exception, there come levels beyond which we are no longer effective.

Moving a mountain is difficult; yet everyday, people move rocks and earth to great effect

Moving an ocean is difficult; yet everyday people drink cups of water without problems

You’re right. Things often take time.

Truth is, when large scale conditions change rapidly, it is frequently destabilizing and terrifying for us; whether those changes are ‘desired’ or not.

To say that Nothing Ever Changes is as ridiculous as to say that Everything Changes Quickly And Easily

So we arrive at Wise Strategy:

Where can I make the smallest change(s), that will result in the greatest possible benefit(s)?

Which is one road by which we come here to Subliminal Club, continuing to engage in the Great Experiment:

Building beautiful lives out of the materials and circumstances with which we were presented

You’re talking about parenting, and about how much we can (or can’t) change and influence patterns that were established and reinforced through early-life and later-life socialization and interactions.

Just want to say, I hear you. And I think your point is poignant and true.

A couple of weeks ago my fiancee showed me a short video. It showed twins and how they evolved based on their family.
Most sequences were along the line of:
Twin a: I’m poor and miserable because of my alcoholic father.
Twin b: I’m successful because of my alcoholic father.
Both had very similar circumstances. Growing up in the same family, being in the same age and position if siblings (oldest, youngest, middle), everything was alike.
But what they made out of their life’s was vastly different. One decided to make the most out of his life to escape this vicious circle, whereas the other surrendered.
None of them decided that they’d like to mistreated. But one decided not to let it dictate his life.

This sounds a little too close to inspiration porn for my liking and lacks nuance. I’d be interested to know where the video came from and what studies it pulled from.

There’s many rich people who had poor families. Just like there are fit people whose family is obese. You have a free will. Subs just help people but you don’t need them. You can say “this is bullshit and I’m gonna do it my own way”. That’s how flat earthers can exist.

Yes, happens all the time in my family.
Our subconscious mind’s are all interconnected and exchange information 24/7 between each other.
I was able to heal and shift certain pespectives within my parents just from conscious guidance of a sub alone.

And you don’t even need subs for that, many tools can be used for that.
It is always your mind, your subconscious mind and the other’s people’s minds and subconscious minds that are doing the work.
For example, in EFT tapping there is a technique called “proxy tapping”, where you instruct your own subcoscious mind to resolve issues in others.

It really does work and many people use it to resolve e.g. trauma in their animals (since animals cannot listen to subs). We are all telephatically interconnected.

Of course, materialists won’t believe this, but it is really their loss and they are only limiting their manifestation capabilities.
Being completely open-minded to all types of manifestation is a type of conscious guidance in and by itself too!

But that all is rather an advanced topic, probably for the Sub Club Black forum section…

PS:
The new EoG 1 directly works on generational wealth issues and does affect everyone related to these issues, regardless of whether they are still incarnated or not.

This is what prompted the post!

And maybe they don’t need too. It can be proved, but one can only prove it to themselves. I think people need to experience it before they will believe it.

Experience it over and over until it’s undeniable, no matter how strange it seems.
