Yeah, same here, until recently. I’m back to sobriety, though.
It could be related to blood pressure, or something cardiovascular, too.

Yes could be …
But it’s lingering and subsiding with a mental shift… that’s definitely related to subliminals.
Well, I look forward to seeing how it resolves for ya bud I’ll be checking in.
I’ve got to raid and pillage the dreamworld for a few hours, I hope in that time that Top Men help you handle this.
Update:
Dizziness is there but not very pronounced.
I feel like crying now as I am just sitting.
Saint has replied and it is textbook reconciliation and a deep rooted trauma is being worked on. He advised to take break days and cut back on loops.
that’s every third day on my current stack lol
ok -not that bad- but a couple days a month at least.
I had this happen during a yoga pose once, my hands were held above me and to be like a ‘cup’ for energy, after 10 minutes of holding the pose I started seeing white light and feeling total bliss- I remember thinking ‘I made it’
then I woke up to someone shaking me, and I was lying on the floor in cold sweat with the whole room looking at me. So much for my premature enlightenment lol
That’s rough, bud. You feeling better now?
I missed that segment in the textbook then, I am definitely not looking forward to that experience.
Yes much better as the days are going by…
I imagine that was freaky for you, did you stay away from yoga for awhile after that?
I never really did yoga, it was during a men’s group embodiment exercise at a sexual polarity/ David Deida retreat- back when I was a young adult and Deida was affordable.
But I’ve stayed away from that pose for a while.
It was embarrassing for me at the time rather than concerning for my health.
Now it be the opposite.
You already got your answer that it’s deep seated trauma. But I wanted to take this time to remind everyone these are most likely parts of your psyche you can’t coerce or force into changing. It sounds like they weren’t ready for the fear they were facing and moving past so they basically pull the kill switch.
I’ve read about trauma based therapy a bit. The goal is to never re experience the trauma or push the individual past it. It’s more like an integration. So when stuff like this happens the answer is usually to back off and kind of reset that heightened fight or flight state that might be triggered for a few days.
So how do we get healed on that specific issue?
You have to hit it in sort of tolerable chunks. Maybe 2 days in a row of DR drilled down too far. You could try every other day and see how that works.
You basically had two days worth of backed up stuff that hit you all at once sunday evening. It’s really all about balancing your exposure to the trauma. Too much and you’re just flipped into a panicked state, too little and you don’t get to the heart of the issue.
I’ll admit it’s difficult because half the time it’s hard to tell what DR is targeting.
Good idea taking days off. If the dizziness disappears, you’ll know for sure if it’s sub related. Take it easy bro!
Several years ago, i was walking out of the library when my left arm suddenly went numb. I’m not sure how long it stayed numb for, maybe a minute or so. But it just as quickly disappeared
I Thought I was having a heart attack! So they called for an ambulance.
In the ICU room my arm went numb again. This time it stayed numb. They ran all the tests for blood sugar and heart and stroke and they all came back negative. They even checked my neck out.
After everything came back negative the doctor told me it was most likely stress related. And that it would disappear after 3 days. The doctor was right. Around then, it started to get better. I continued to have slight numbness in some of my fingers for a couple of weeks afterwards. But even that cleared up.
The mind can really do some funky things to our body’s.
Do DR solo.
Give yourself time.
These things will be healed.
What you describe is normal and healing is already set in motion.
After a couple of months you get so much power and control over your states.
That’s what DR does.
It brings you to the point where you dig the shit out and trow it away.
You just startet, you will grow in power over time and then you have it for the rest of your life.
Also don’t forget :99% of the people avoid to look/feel what’s inside them and try very persistent to numb themselves down.
Not you, you choose to be someone of Legendary Caliber, who Wil say in 1-2 years : Yea I Handel the innerstuf easy.
And the people will respect you on a such deep level, because you do what they can’t and have what they wish for, but not willing to do.
So proceed and do it slow.
Its better you do 1-2 loops per week and that’s it, rather than over stimulate you and then can’t Handel the outburst of your hidden topics
Also its OK to do (like in my case at the beginning) 1 loop and then rest 5 days without any other sub.
All the best to you Bro
Thank you to every one for shedding some light on this experience. It’s really new to me.
Long as it’s normal to heal that way…I will try to be strong and heal as much as I can.
It really felt so physical like it had nothing to do with subliminals.
Running DR QV2 Stage 1 now and feel like crying.
That’s DR for ya!
