Healing Experience

Hey pacman, have you sent a PM to Fire about it? He would probably have the best idea of what’s possibly happening with that.

Also, forgive me bro cuz I’m probably missing something here, but you said in your first post you were playing DR Qv2 ST1 for three days and then it happened Sunday, but then you said all of it happened while you were playing Khan.

Am I right that you had already played DR and were playing Khan when this event occurred? Had you played Khan Friday, Saturday and Sunday like you did DR, or was Khan just a Sunday thing? I mean, a “Khan-day” thing.

I wish I could be more of a help, bud.

I sent a PM to fire and Saint.
I only used Khan on Sunday
Friday was DR
Saturday DR
Sunday DR then Khan and then that incident occurred.

Have you ever experienced dizzy spells, loss of consciousness or anything along those lines before?

I didn’t see anyone ask you about food, but I did skim, might have missed it. Had you eaten that day and the days prior? I don’t remember you saying you do in your journal, but do you do fasting, IF or otherwise?

Another line of inquiry I wanna open is, how was your sleep that week? Mine was disruptive, and people I know said the same, so I’m wondering if that was your experience as well and if it was, do you think that might have contributed some?

My sleep was fine and food intake was also good.
As I was listening to Khan during the loop around 30min I felt the dizziness start…then I paused. Then I continued the rest of the loop and then after the loop I stood up and the dizziness was much stronger and I was close to faint. I also felt very scared and paranoid.

My body was perfect but my head was spinning.

To me, that feels like some major reconciling, but all you were running was one loop per day so unless you need to do a loop every other day, I’m at a loss.

Will you update here or PM me with news once you know more, one way or another? I’d like to know the resolution to your problem if you don’t mind

There is some kind of an internal shift that I can’t quite pin point

Is it mental or emotional?

By mental, what I mean is do you feel it in your brain as literal shifting of stuff? I sometimes do, especially in the front. Or is it more in a change in your thought patterns/energy?

By emotions, I mean are you feeling like something is coming up within you? Perhaps it feels a bit tumultuous and gives you apprehension but your rational side knows it’s a good shift?

Oh, OR is it your intuition telling you that something new is coming for you, like things are lining up for change in your life?

I sometimes get this strong feeling when a chapter in my life is ending, it’s almost tangible emotionally. And then I feel the new chapter starting. Is that sort of you, too?

It feels more emotional and more like blocks removed. Feels like alot has been removed.
It’s hard to tell now though.

Interesting… I hope I’m wrong but if I can suggest this, try and be mindful of your emotions as they may in coming days be a bit more sensitive or raw due to being exposed. You may notice what feels like irrational anger and what not.

Then again, what am I saying? I’m talking to a Khan, lol, you made it through TB, you’ll get through this

Pacman, I get dizziness a lot, but mine is due to some neck issues. It comes and goes with me. I can go months without an incident then… bam, it comes back. sometimes when I turn my head it hits me. Sometimes when I look down it hits me. Could it be a minor neck issue? Have you had any kind of neck pain recently? Stiffness in the neck. Soreness etc.

Another issue could be the inner ear.

The best part is I’m feeling very calm and not angry and sensitive…

No neck pain or any ear pain @Gilligan

If you ever smoke weed or ate weed infused edibles…
What I had experienced felt like a bad weed trip.

That’s funny, cuz when you described your experience it brought to mind something I’ve only ever experienced from one thing, multiple times.

Weed.

Specifically, taking a nice and unnecessarily large rip and holding it in my lungs for an obscene amount of time in the heat outside in my Jeep when I was in my early twenties.

The world ‘whited’ out around me, like, instead of fading to black (shout-out to metallica), it faded into white. I also had the feeling my head was closing in on myself. Trippy…as hell. I lost all vision (obviously) and feeling in my body and except for my thoughts, felt like I did not exist. It didn’t last long at all, but when it happened, it felt like forever.

And then, I slowly came back to myself, completely baffled as to why it happened.

Is that similar?

Yes same feeling but I didn’t lose vision
