That’s an interesting point. There’s no problem with listening to Regeneration at another time of day. For example, in the morning?
Sure. I some times listen in the morning. Thing is, if I listen before sleep, I figure my brain will process it as I sleep, especially during REM sleep.
However, the subconscious should be working on it during the day as well. It’s simply a preference and theory I have.
I think the most important things are to listen as per current recommendations, take action, journal, and take rest days.

Plenty of good ideas here. I’ll have to wait a couple of days before I start my next cycle so I’ve got time to mull over my approach.
