Hey everyone. There seems to be some contradicting advice on what headphones to use. The script runs in the 16k-20k Hz (as read on the main site). So I gather that it is essential that headphones or earphones have a range at least up to 20kHz? And if your headphones are not producing that range of sound (for example if they stop at 17kHz), you would get lesser or even no results?
And is there anything else to consider?

Yes there are. Mostly earphones which I use. Hence my question.
Frequency range has no effect on the subliminal. I long as you can hear the the mask (whatever is it), you’re getting the programming. Just don’t be cheap and buy extremely low quality crappy headphones.
The frequency range makes sense if you’re listening to brainwave entrainment tracks for example. Subliminals are not that type of technology. A solid pair of Sony or Sennheiser headphones and you’re good.
@dejal seems to be talking about ultrasonic, based on mention of the 16k-20k Hz freq range. So the mask wouldn’t be there

You’re not even supposed to listen to ultrasonic subs with headphones anyway so…
It isn’t recommended, sure. I do though.
I put my headphones up to phone speaker and found the phone volume that works.
Frequency range DOES matter in any case.

Awesome so I’ll get headphones with a range up to 20k. Thanks for the replies. I asked because one of my alltime favs goes up to 17k only (beoplay h3).
Im new to sub club. So forgive my question if this is obvious. But aren’t all tracks ultrasonic? Or did something change with ZP tech?
Hmm, why do you say that? Since the beginning of subliminalclub there have always been a masked and ultrasonic version. At some point the Ultima format had both but that’s been discontinued.

Make sure you read the instructions on the PDF that should have come with the subliminals so you safely listen to them.

Please note, if you’ve gotten our titles from someplace else other than subliminalclub.com, it is extremely likely that you have outdated and potentially tinkered with versions. We do not know what will happen if you run any of such titles.
If you did, make sure you got the latest ZP versions and you’re good to go.
If it’s masked, then it is masked. If it’s ultrasonic, then it’s ultrasonic.
Getting headphones with a range up to 20k will be best - safest option that works for everyone. You might be able to get away with lower frequency range but I would definitely recommend 20k.
