yup I do this all the time with testing
3 subs and a lighter amount of a 4th
Iāve also done it with 3 subs and RICH for 5 minutes
or 3 subs and Ascension Chamber
and lately three subs and BDLM

It kind of does. Not exactly clear. Goes in and out. With Ascencion Chamber and Rich its helped before.
When I test other subs - the recon can be a bit harsher.
I go through periods of doing it and not doing it.
I have some great results for a time on it, but itās not sustainable.
Right now I am trying all of my programs for 5 minutes and LD for 3 minutes and the good news is I am still alive

My listening schedule is like singing angels in the blue almost fairytale sky. Only heaven could match that.
And of course, 3 titles, 3 minutes each and two rest days in between.

Yes but that was a past time. Now I am a new person, like Arnold Schwarzeneger in Terminator 2
Iāve been following the listening recommendationsā¦ probably best to stick with that.
Iām having less recon or overload this time around.
