It’s expected that with the advent of Super Power Alpha titles like Emperor, HOM, Stark etc, the foundational title Ascension has moved to the sidelines.

Is there anyone who has been using ascension recently?

what have your experiences been?

I am considering moving to this foundational title for inner work.

In the last 3 years I have run KHAN Stage 1 - 4, Stark, HOM, and Ascended Mogul(Currently running). However, I feel like I still have a lot of insecurity and self-esteem issues. So I am considering moving to the SUB I should have started my SUB CLUB Journey with - Ascension.

All opinion, criticism and feedback are welcome!

@AjUK is running it now. Even I have the urge to run Ascension for the same reasons.

I run a Emperor Custom and there is Ascension integrated.

Very very very good foundation sub

Have used both. Used regeneration for over a month in the past… No improvement in my issues

I look for validation of certain others

I feel like I’m lower than others

I feel scared to push others

I always feel like I’m the lowest status in any gathering

When did u use them and for how long? How long did you run regeneration?

Sounds like ascension plus regeneration might be a good idea for you maybe even add GLM in there

Though considering you are running AM what if you added GLM and regeneration

I joined October 3rd 2018 lol ……which is 1 day after my bday lol

I’m not being able to fully push through the opportunities popping up due to lack of self confidence.

I want to specifically focus on my innerwork for some time.

You should add GLM to your stack as you run AM …. Also maybe add rebirth once a week and limit destroyer
