I was just thinking of starting to make a list of habits I have noticed about myself or that others ( My Wife)have pointed out to me that are unhealthy or toxic that I want to work on changing. Does anyone do this?
I don’t make lists like that. I’ve done it before. Too depressing listing it all out.
I don’t, i allow myself to have messed up habits as long as they don’t significantly hinder me getting better at my craft.
Don’t take that as an advice though, rofl. I’m just being honest.
What stopped you from just making the list?
Nothing. I was thinking about it the morning. I just haven’t started yet

More self awareness
And what are you going do with that new self-awareness?
It’s a good idea. I sort of do this, but it’s less of a list and more of an exercise.
Throughout my day I’ll be more mindful of events, situations, or people that cause a certain emotional response in me. I’ll write it down along with any thoughts, then challenge that thinking later. I find this is less overwhelming than trying to catalog a bunch of stuff that may or may not be true about me.
I’ll take it that I exceeded my quota of questions for ya, lol…
