Depends on your subliminal listening history. If you have listened a lot of healing sub before you can start
from stage 3, I would say. But, if you are very new, healing is always good for long-term gain.

This is for Qv2. For ZP there is no any modules anymore. But still I believe the ZP has the same goals as Qv2, but results would be better and faster and less reconciliation.
