Hi,
greetings from Poland!
I just heard about subliminal club on YouTube and decided to join.
I bought

  • rebirth ultima
  • limit destroyer ultima
  • emperor fitness multistage
  • limitless executive ultima
  • RICH

In which order should I start?
I can listen to 2-3 programs daily max.
My objective is to execute my ideas. I have good ideas, but I have much worse execution skills.

Additionaly I have a question regarding sleep. My girlfriend has big problems with sleeping. She sleeps 4 hours max, than wakes up and have no ability to fall asleep again.
What programs would you suggest?

Quite new here myself, but I would use limitless executive ultima as early in the day as possible. Other than that, I don’t know if the order matter. I think it depends on your goals.

  • Limitless executive ultima
  • Emperor fitness multistage
  • Alternate * Limit destroyer ultima and * rebirth ultima

Emperor fitness stage 1 is supposed to help with sleep among other things. Have not tried it myself yet though.

I remember a while back someone saying that is better to listen to regeneration prior to the sub you want to aim Regen at. So order CAN make a difference.

I tend to use “healing” subs before goal-oriented subs. But just out of convenience since otherwise I’d spend hours worrying about it, and that seems to be one of the stalling tactics of my mind.

That order looks just fine to me

Timing is more important for Ultimas, since they have short-term state-focused effects. Generally 1-2 hours before the situation where your planning to apply it.

For major programs, timing and order may matter less in the big picture. The metric I’d advise to keep foremost in mind is Action.

In this phase of your life, where do you take the most action? And where do you intend, wish, or plan to take the most action. I’m talking independently of any subliminals.

Those areas should be considered as priority areas. They’re going to have more immediate effects.

Areas of your life in which you’re slower or more tentative with action can also be addressed with subliminals. But it’s reasonable to take a longer-term and more patient approach with those. Building up over time.

This principle can help with planning out your stack and your play ratios and intervals within your stack. (For example, no need to go crazy playing something all the time right now if you know you’re not going to take much action on it. Instead, maybe play it once a week consistently and start planting those seeds. In the meantime you can pay more attention to feeding other more active areas that can, in the immediate time frame, also contribute to that longer term goal.)

Am I understand you correctly - ultima recordings should be played before the action, so if I need to concentrate on action (and also beat procrastination) I should listen to the limitless executive ultima, once a day?

Basically correct.

For Ultimas, play them 1-2 hours before the situation in which you want the extra help

For non-Ultimas, I’m personally recommending using the principle of Action to help you plan your non-Ultima (i.e., long-term) stack.

As far as I can see you have to many goals you want to reach at once. You need to prioritize them and then choose your subs accordingly. I advise you should run no more than two Q titles and no more than one Ultima at once since our newest technology is really powerful. In my view starting with Ascended Mogul and Rebirth should do the job. Later on you could switch from Rebirth to Limitless Executive and some months later from Limitless Executive to Rich. You could add Emperor Fitness to your stack too.

@Sub.Zero so, will it be right stack for a first month:

  • 5 days a week = one loop a day Ascended Mogul + Regeneration + Rebirth Ultima
  • 2 days rest
    Or maybe there should be more loops a day?

It’s an overkill. That would be perfect if you intended to use the old technology (Q and U). On the new tech (V2) I would go like this:
Day 1: AM and Rebirth one loop each (the longer break between the loops the better)
Day 2: Off
Day 3: Regeneration and Rebirth one loop each (the longer break between the loops the better)
Day 4: Off
Day 5: AM and Rebirth one loop each (the longer break between the loops the better)
Day 6 and 7: Off
Day 8: Regeneration and Rebirth one loop each (the longer break between the loops the better)
Day 9: Off
Day 10: AM and Rebirth one loop each (the longer break between the loops the better)
Day 11: Off
Day 12: Regeneration and Rebirth one loop each (the longer break between the loops the better)
Day 13 and 14: Off

and so on.

Your gf could try Sanguine. @RVconsultant any suggestions for her?

In testing we had Paragon cause deep, enjoyable sleep in some testers. Even though it is not a direct sleep title, it could be helpful depending on the reasons behind the sleeping problems.

Another option as @Sub.Zero pointed out is Sanguine, to lessen anxiety and bring a calmer state.

Finally, there is a title specifically for sleep in R&D, but currently the release date is unknown.
