The firewall blocked you, apparently for attempting a SQL injection. Did you write your ticket in something like Microsoft Word, then copy / pasted it over? If so, try not to do that, as the metadata from Word is copied with it, but doesn’t render when you post it into the field on the support site.

no i didnt, i just wrote everything on the submit ticket note thingy, i didnt use any external programs
