Im doing wanted solace x1,spartan x1 and paragon x1every other day and im going through recon feelin depressed n stuff and becoming lazy which sucks because when i usually play spartan it makes me very motivated to workout and i don’t feel that now and i suspect its wanted giving me most of this recon do i change the solace to masked or fight through it?

You could keep doing Paragon and Spartan every other day. Then throw in Wanted Solace every other listening day.
Day 1: WANTED, Paragon, Spartan
Day 2: Off
Day 3: Paragon and Spartan
Day 4: Off
And repeat.
I’ve seen people say WANTED is energy intensive so this may help with the recon and you’ll still get the benefits of listening to it.
Iv decide to listen to the masked version instead of solace i feel happier already
Do wanted for 1-2 weeks alone and when you feel it’s time to integrate 1 sub more, do that.
Why overload yourself?
Test your limits with 1 sub and then increase it very slowly

Sometimes it’s goes like this:
Lisen to subs and then 2-10 days no subs, to absorb and integrate the knowledge, to make the Changes, to give you the time you need until you are ready for another loop
You are no robot
Lisen to yourself and act accordingly is the Key
If you have limits, accept them, then come up with a new plan.
I have a Wanted Heartsong Love Bomb custom, 1 loop of that and I am occupied for 8 days.
I don’t push it unnecessary.
But the progress (without reconciliation in these 8 days) I make is so much greater than overloading myself.

Good call, solace feels so much more intense. For this reason i dont like using solace when using a stack, it just ended up overpowering all the normal subs in my experience.
We all have to bear in mind that Mental Alchemy is all about changes and shifts within us and on the outside. Inertia is its “opposite state” causing the conflict that is dealt with through the process of reconciliation that includes a lot of mental friction between those opposite states. That friction is rather painful and pretty unpleasant in its very nature. To avoid the friction (or just minimize it) we have to put ourselves in motion and encourage/foster our Mental Alchemy (all the changes and shifts it causes - called the results) by taking action oriented towards the goals of the scripting. End of the story.
Sometimes even trivial things help like taking a walk but it depends on the scripting, naturally.
