Amazing - sounds perfect for the Godlike Foundations run overall. I’m a CSM for a major AI Coaching Program rn (this guy is very closely connected to the “best closer u’ve ever seen” who you connected me with when i sold for that neuroscience coaching program… Shane M & JY built the marriage coaching offer I sell for, and now JY is the guy with the AI coaching program i’m CSM’ing for)

Managing all their clients, building up the CSM systems from scratch, responsible for tracking and optimizing client retention, upselling, results, and making sure we are able to handle clients even when the company hits 500k/mo+

This is a really cool opportunity because THIS will definitely be the company that I am with from 0 all the way to 1m/mo, and the best thing I can do to set myself up for long term stability. Recon - my sexual abstinence has turned into sexual obsession, like an addict who’s gone clean and then starts using again.

Results - awareness of that pattern

(I’ve also been running a lot more of EOG2 + ZONE than Godlike Foundations, which may be causing the reduction in abstinence thinking - a very unusual mindset for me that probably needs subliminal support to be maintained in the short term)

  • realizing how important it is to aim for stability. Had a lot more recon adding in eog2/zone even though I thought they were light. So will keep the stack light! Just godlike foundations for now, and when I’m ready, carefully adding ONE title to the stack starting very slowly with microloops

EB hit hard, fast and with precision.

EB + Reforged (+GLM/Stabilizer) first impressions…

Sitting alone in my room, completely undistracted, unrushed, unhurried, consistently chipping away at task after task.

I’ve spent all day in the biggest dopamine spiral of all time… smoking, sexting on instagram, swiping on tinder, 6 cups of coffee… i was in a recon spiral, craving the connection of women & the pleasures of play…

EB stabilized that, and allowed me to do the in-solitude work that I need to do to heal what Reforged has to heal, and what Essence: Inner Spa has to heal, and find the stillness that GLM has to offer, and spend time stabilizing what the Stabilizer is helping me with…

Now… now I’m just a man in a room, removed from time itself. I would feel exactly the same whether it was 2pm or 2am right now, and I’m not thinking about the past or the future, I’m just… existing… but my existence is defined by my “doing.”

EB compliments this stack perfectly. It may be the perfect compliment to healing titles for me, as I usually crave connection, stimulation, and distraction as my primary recon-symptom.

Honestly I would just add it to the current stack and keep going but I don’t want to mess around with Emperor Black’s social isolation effects and Reforged’s social/sexual scripting.

Closer to when I’m ready to start being sexual again, I’ll likely use Reforged as a way to reintegrate, but for now, I’m going all in on sexual abstitence.

I say Reforged made me a sex addict but from a results perspective… is it really so bad to have a line-up of women who want to be freaky freaky with me AND have my babies?

It’s not so bad.

I stopped running Reforged temporarily, mainly focused on EB in the other journal, but I can guarantee that I’ll be getting some Reforged bloom results because of that cycle.

I designed the custom I want to build once I know what true sell looks like, and I’m calling it Confident Connection

Once it’s built, I’ll listen to it during my work week as well, as socializing producriviely is my job, so, executive + confident connection is perfect.

Executive needs to be a standalone major title because I need to play around with the listening so much since it gives me so much recon, but, I also just built a name embedded Executive + Dopamine Mastery and got it express ordered

I really was shocked when I looked back at my life 2 months ago vs now and thought about how much the stabilizer has done for me. It’s very subtle, perceptually it doesn’t feel like anything happened, and I didn’t even notice the change so much - but that’s because it felt natural.

I’m WAY different with my finances, in a way that not even EOGST1 did for me. EOGST1 did a lot for me but Stabilizer directly addressed the debt avoidance, the inability to look @ my finances, etc.

EOGST1 gave me the sense that I could be a millionaire, but, that healing largely felt focused on income/wealth/worth. Stabilizer healed the stress and inaction around looking at finances, budgeting, keeping track of expenses, little things like going to return the shitty product you bought so you can get your money back instead of calling it a lesson learned and not getting your $50 back. It’s helping me make more grounded financial decisions - not just in how to make the BIG money, but also, how to immediately feel/spend beter with the money I have and the opportunities presented to me

That’s what made me realize I was ready for ST2

The Executive is certainly changing my motivation and drive and forward thinking immediately. I’m more comfortable thinking about work, getting myself to work, dopamine mastery is definitely working as a module.

I’m only 2 loops in but I’m still noticing the executive dysfunction, obviously. But it’s cool to see the title working on what it can as fast as it can.

After my first loop of Executive + Dopamine Mastery I threw out my vape and had no issue riding the cravings and withdrawals of nicotine. Didn’t even really want a vape, even when the withdrawals were uncomfortable today. Mind was totally calm and clear that the withdrawals were just a process I’d have to go thru

Holy f… 30s of the executive kicked my ass - only just going to bed now at 3am. Didn’t do a thing today.

The only silver lining is that thanks to the antique recon scripting. I’m at least sort of able to understand why the executive gives me such awful life, shattering recon…?!?!?

When the executive heals my motivational issues, I sit down and actually focus on my work for a second.

When I sit down and actually focus on my work for a second, all the limiting beliefs I have around my intelligence and focus and ability to do things comes up.

Healing the motivation makes me work and working makes me feel stupid which kills my motivation and to make things even worse, triggers, extreme avoidance

Saw that I’m allowed to say I’m a PEACE tester so yes I’ve been running PEACE alongside any journaling I’ve been doing over the last week or two. 30-60s caused no recon and felt like it stabilized my emotional wellbeing, added a level of introspection and bliss and an ability to handle extremely difficult situations.

I was in MAJOR crisis mode emotionally when I started running it, and now I feel long term fine, like my baseline has quite improved, so after such a dramatic (positive) result, the results feel muted now when I run it, but that’s just because the results I’m currently experiencing are starting to feel like a natural part of me.

Perhaps this is ZPU overall - the subs (like PEACE) don’t just create an emotional state that is maintained on the energetic/beliefs level, but also teach you the skills needed to sustain that state on your own without any subliminal intervention whatsoever. Is this why ZPU helps you “get off the subs!?” – Because they teach you how to create that state in yourself without any external aids?!

Got my Ascension ST2 + Wanted Physical Shifting Name Embedded title

This is a great “Stage Two” for Godlike Foundations (as a concept of building my subliminal foundations and going back to basics.

As mentioned, Executive is a MAJOR bottleneck.

Ascension ST2 is a MAJOR foundational title for me.

Wanted Physical Shifting Module does more than enough to cover all my bases for sexuality, attractiveness, results with women overall without making the personality changes that would make me start wanting to chase women, date, or influence my opinion on women there.

@Niles Wanted Physical Shifting module could be a great one to add for you to get seduction results without the secondary impact of getting distracted from work.

These two build pretty much all the skills needed for any stack’s ultimate success. Wealth results will be bottlenecked by productivity, and social/status/sexual results will be bottlenecked by social skills and the overall quality of life that I live.

I hope I didn’t make the wrong call in using Ascension ST2 instead of True Social, but I think it’s the right call, and ASC2 + Executive feels more like a “full stack” than EXEC+True Social would.

The “social scripting” in True Sell is going to be based off ASC2 from what SaintSov said, so, ASC2 will stack beautifully with T$ and make it more effective. I will probably name embed it as well. I think that for me name embedded major titles that I can continue to come back to again and again hold the answer for me. Rather than one custom that does anything, I essentially have my NE’s as major titles with the best appropriate module to support it.

I want to use the executive to bee productive and heal dopamine, so, Exec + Dopamine Mastery.

I want Ascension to cover every area of my life, and the only thing I felt it was missing was building a really strong baseline of attractiveness, so WPShifting, and we’ll see what I add to true sell when the time comes!

PEACE is a great title as well but I don’t think it needs a name embed. I think i’ll just alternate PEACE and Godlike Foundations when I want inner-work, and whatever inner work I want, that’s the title I’ll run.

7s of the executive name embed this morning (it’s always a name embed so I’ll stop referencing that)

15-30s didn’t feel like recon in the moment but, looking back on my week, productivity was a struggle, not a win.

I don’t know if it was because I added Ascension or if it was just timing or what but I cleaned my room so hard last night that it changed my life

I didn’t just clean my room, I sold the couch that was in my apartment and taking up a lot of space, which allowed me to rearrange all the furniture in my house, which led to a much more peaceful arrangement for me, I feel literally 1000 times better. I would be proud to show girls this place, which is why it feels like an ascension result. I have a dedicated workspace instead of a shit one. And it’s much easier to do yoga and meditate in my house now. I also have my books displayed on two bookshelves whereas before they were kind of tucked away in a corner, I really like that.

3 minutes each of executive + dopamine mastery and Ascension + Wanted Physical Shifting

Three minutes is way more than I can handle of the executive if it’s a productivity day… but I spent the whole day hiking and doing yoga,

Recon still showed up, scrolled, Instagram reels, and watched porn when I got home, but I was pretty surprised by that because I was in such a good mental state.

The wanted physical shifting module is amazing and really improving things for me quickly. I’m already getting the mirror king effect and loving how I look when I look in the mirror I felt like I had already gotten a bunch of physical shifting results, but what I really think is happening as I’m just looking in the mirror and visualizing myself as that man with the narrow waist and wide Adonis belt more easily.

But I’m also fasting in doing calorie reduction all of a sudden and let’s be real. I’m 30, I’m not 22 anymore. I don’t have much of a gut but it’s there.

Maybe in combination with Ascension, I’m wanting to start a really simple Instagram like @dailyrepsguy just to set myself some goals, track them be accountable to them and hopefully profit from them one day. A “dailypullups” or something like that really appealed to me!

Bought THE NICEST JACKET IVE EVER OWNED IN MY LIFE for only $20 off of a mythical Facebook marketplace pull, that got me excited as fuck, so I started looking up shirts on Facebook marketplace in the deals that I was finding where amazing

Went shopping with my lesbian best friend, and even though we didn’t buy anything, she explained to me what she wanted to do to my outfits, and even though she barely said anything at all, it just intuitively clicked, and I understand what she was trying to do for me and now it’s easier to shop and do that for myself
