GM, KB+DRP. Advice on schedule

I’m starting a new stack.

Genesis: Mogul
Khan Black:The Crucible Stage 1
Dragon Reborn: Phoenix

I listened to GM for 2 cycles.
KB+DRP are new to me.

I’m totally clueless on hiw to schedule these subs and would appreciate some opinions.

KB once a week?
The other two on on the same day?
I would love for DRP to work mostly on my purpose question, so that’s the reason why I’d put it on the same day.

Perhaps a MoWeFr schedule with mo+we:GM+DRP, Fr: KB

My head is all messed up. Can’t keep thinking straight for this questions.

It seems like you’re having some recon bro, so it might be a good idea to take some rest days and then figure out your stack. Sometimes figuring out our stack gives us more stress then we want to lol (Speaking for myself)

Regarding your other question, if you run 3 subs together, they will work well, especially if you run the stack for a longer period of time. However, because Khan is a larger sub, it would be beneficial to run Khan on one day and the rest on the other days. If that’s too much, you can also do a rotation of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, which will give you more rest days.

For Example:
Mon: Mogul/DRP
Wed: Khan
Fri: Mogul/DRP

Next week:
Mon: Khan
Wed: Mogul/DRP
Fri: Khan

By the way, are you certain that you want to remove Emperor from your stack? I recall you mentioning something about needing a solid foundation, which is why you chose Emperor. Emperor can really stir up feelings of anger, frustration, and annoyance in me at times. However, it’s definitely effective, and I can’t count how many times I’ve considered removing Emperor from my stack because of this.

When I seriously consider replacing a subliminal, it means it has to stay in the stack for at least 1-2 cycles. That’s recon 101 for me. Maybe it’s different for you, but I just wanted to tell you that

Goodluck!

First and foremost read this?

I notice not a lot of people know about this at all…

listening to this, it’d be advisable to not add in KB and DRP at the same time. Add one, stabilize, then add another.

You know which (kb/phoenix) is more important to u , but I would start with Phoenix, it’ll set the stage for mogul and kb nicely

Thanks for that. I did the proper washout, but forgot about about the “just rotate one title” rule…

Came to your old journal to see how Emp was because I remember you on it - was clean to find on the very last post.

Based on this I’d say just do G:M and KB for 1-1.5 cycles (follow stack rotation guide).

You’re comfortable with GM so run whatever’s been working for you. As for KB, as this seems like a huge point of growth for you, I’d start slow. I know SaintSov still operates at 3 min loops of KB to this day. Last I heard, anyways. So I’d just suggest you start small, test out a 1-3 min loop with G:M every listening day for a week, make sure it doesn’t knock your socks off, and then find your sweet spot from there.

I never knew about this lol. Thanks for sharing. Make sense why I have some recon when switching.
