Time for you to buy this module then. Because of the 42 push up synchronicity :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I’ll push my washout until Friday. So 28 days.

I’ll resume on Saturday.

the reluctant astrologer

I’ve found myself yet again ā€˜downloading’ or just contemplating more connections and meanings regarding astrological concepts.

Interesting.

Have not felt super-focused for my work tasks, but I can not blame it on reconciliation. I have not played a subliminal in 25 days.

This is another reason that I like washouts.

They help with distinguishing between subliminals-related and non-subliminals-related effects.

Based on your experience, do you think productivity can be changed for good with subs?

I remember ouroboros running microloops of LE religiously every other day to keep his productivity up.

Others said the same.

If this can this be changed…

I think I can change it through my own choices and actions.

For example, the last 90 minutes since I typed my above post have been pretty productive. In fact, writing the post was an important part of the process of paying attention to what I was doing.

I do think that deeper and farther-reaching changes can definitely be enacted with the subliminals; but the method of doing that is very similar to the method of making changes happen without the subliminals.

I’m also not a big fan of ā€˜curing’ everything in me that seems to be a problem on 24 April 2024. I’ve never been a big fan of these ā€˜problem-defining’ kinds of concepts (e.g., self-sabotage). I’m not saying they never happen or are never accurate. I’m just not a fan of too easily labeling the various parts of ourselves as ā€˜positive’ or ā€˜negative’. As a concrete example, I am pretty confident that the parts of my cognition that sometimes result in limited or attentuated ā€˜productivity focus’, are the exact same parts that often lead to enhanced and strengthened creativity, innovation, and induction-focused thinking.

It’s like neurobiology. Every part of your brain contributes to not just one, but hundreds of diverse functions. Sometimes a neurosurgeon finds it necessary to remove a part of the brain for some reason or another. And it’s only after that bit of brain is removed that we realize to just how many different useful processes it had been contributing the whole time.

Lots of ā€˜babies and bathwater’ when it comes to us humans.

Anyway, that’s probably way more than you were asking. (Which kind of proves my above point about inductive reasoning and my time-management focus. )

In short, I think the whole thing can be improved and is improving.

But I’m also very grateful that the wisdom of my constituent systems far outstrips the wisdom of my personal ego.

had to wake up to make it to a 9:30 am meeting. No morning meditation today.

So, it’s 7:35 pm now and we’re going to an evening meditation.

Morning meeting from 10 am to 12 pm. On Zoom thankfully.

Then tonight I’ll have to lead a small meeting from about 7 pm to 8:30 pm (I estimate). I need to head off now to make sure I’m ready for that. After eating lunch, I think.

Lots going on.

Keep moving.

:pray:t6:

Today is the 27th and final full day of this washout period.

Tomorrow I will pick up my programs again and resume listening.

Meditated in the morning today. Heading up to office for a three hour meeting. I expect it to be good.

I am planning to create a new journal for this next period of time, making this journal—Glory to the Builders—a rather short-lived one.

But maybe it will find a resurgence in some new form.

Just finished the 3 hour afternoon meeting. Discussing and processing a lot of themes related to endings and closure.

Feels like time for a new beginning.
