Getting sleepy during Ultima loop?

It happened now several times to me that I’m getting very tired during listening to an Ultima loop and then I have to take a nap.

E.g. I’ve listened to Executive in the morning and 15min in I feel that I’m getting tired. I listen to it all the way through and then have to take a nap as I’m just completely tired. Unfortunately, I don’t feel any effects from it afterwards. I think I have to take about 2 rest days in order to get an effect from Ultima.

The thing is, that this was my only loop for the whole day and the day before I only listened to another Ultima title and 1 Q title. So I’m doing just 2 loops per day.

It seems that once I am getting tired during Ultima the subconscious mind totally blocks it out and I’m feeling no effect afterwards.
Is better to stop the loop if I’m feeling any tiredness? I don’t seem to have this problem with Qv2 that I’m getting tired.

I wonder how people here can listen to several Ultima loops per day. Is it possible to train the subconscious mind to take in more information over time without blocking any information?

Since you don’t get an immediate effect from Qv2, I wonder if listening to it daily makes even sense as I can’t judge its effectiveness or if my subconscious mind is just blocking it out if it is too much (even though I don’t feel any tiredness from it like it is the case with Ultima).

I would suspect it could be reconciliation due to Subconscious (SubC) blockages to what Executive contains. Maybe the SubC is having a tough time picking up what Executive is putting down.

I’d suggest trying a loop of a healing ultima like Elixir or Rebirth. To see if that helps over time with running Executive

so is getting tired during listening to a subliminal a symptom of reconciliation and not an overload of the subconscious mind (e.g. when listening too much)?

It could be either or.

I find lately, I fall asleep in the first 20 minutes of listening to a sub. but after the 30 minute mark, I wake up and I’m feeling o.k. afterwards…
