General healing cycle guideline

Hi, as some you know I started a healing cycle and was curious about establishing certain guidelines with you guys, based on experience and a couple of my questions on the topic.

-Time on the healing. How much time do you focus of healong for maximal growth. For me healing and growth is all about living experiences, I remove certain blockage and then I go into the world to explore and discover my new limits. Then I go back to healing to let go of these blockages.

-Time off of healing. Let’s say I did 2 months of healing, and am in action taking phase, how long should that action taking phase last?

  • What are the signs you feel when you are ready for a new challenge or switch phase.

For me, when I feel like I’m on a action phase and I stop growing, or the added value with time seems to slow down of just stop, it gives me a hint : “Ok WhiteTiger, maybe you need to do some healing now.”

What about you guys, what are your theories and ideas

kkan st1, breakdown until “healing” plateau, which is an insight into useless behavior, everything starts to feel the same, stop using sub. Sub “high” goes away, feel “down”, veg out on consumerist stuff like movies/music to refill. Recovery, day seems boring, using sub makes day more interesting even if you were spinning your wheels, reminds me of the height of competitive spirit, masculine drive (whatever that is to a person).

Other healing subs do nothing for me, except reconciliation going nowhere, feels like I am stuck in deep mud / spider webs, already been there do not want to go back.

So, when you can’t feel anything new happening in terms of healing.

Seems like there is a deep intuitive drive to healing. When is enough? Only intuition will tell you!

And how fast can the healing be done? Let’s say you run two weeks breakdown vs 4 weeks or only one week?

No, I brute forced st1 and crashed pretty hard. I felt really good during the day, everything felt the “Same”, it felt good but everything was sort of blending, if that makes sense. Indiscriminate activity, and the little devil whispering in my ear to keep going lol.

I could tell but didn’t really care too much about it.

Disclaimer, I was switching my sleep schedule as well.

Ok, so then you decided it was time to switch and what were your results like once you switch back to results orientation vs healing, compared to before the healing?

I actually think I will not crash again, since in those two weeks I felt I was just offloading my energy and trying to deflect the healing. The general mood, was I guess Mania/Manic (Wikipedia).

I am in a really “Positive” (Good start for change) outlook after seeing my behavior, as well as the insight I experienced after I crashed. I could probably start st2 now if I wanted to (Not planning to).

From what @SaintSovereign said the last time that at times we will feel like the sub is not doing anything but it is and its going deeper…just cant find that response.
My personal view @GoldenTiger will be …
Healing will be on going…if you are 30years old you need to remove say 20years of prgramming…i doubt that will happen in 3 months…so i would say the longer on a healing stack the better.

If you are 30, you would have at least 30 years of programming.

Actually 30 years and 9 months (give or take if you had a premature birth)

Programming and conditioning starts in the womb with mother’s thoughts, hormones, energy etc.

Or technically if you ascribe to certain spiritual understandings you’ve had lifetimes of programming and karma.

That’s where I am at now
the changes and result have been obvious
the effects are obvious
some new results are trickling in
but my mind is constantly slipping into -this sub is not doing anything anymore.
I can see it’s in reality not true-but that’s where my mind keeps going about Emperor,
not the others in the last few days or so. This is likely a good sign than in this case-as something deep is happening

That is why I said at least. It covers all cases.

Keep pushing!
You baseline has drastically changed so its like the new normal for you…
But when you work with others you will realise you are working or doing work equivalent to 5 people…
Basicallt you changed so much you cant feel your old self anymore

That is very true-thank you for these understanding and encouragement
I am fearless with new clients
don’t worry about any insecurities
get work done like a beast etc-this is all new baseline.

Now I’m looking to really be living the Emperor lifestyle -not just transforming internally and maxing out my current life with some minor new stuff (ok it’s not all minor lol ). I’m looking to take massive action and cause big changes and this could be the transition to that

@Azriel Well said.

It is just the archetype (ego) that changes quickly. Each person probably has a multitude of different archetypes that could manifest, around the mentioned variables above (Karma/Divine - Ideal Self) (Nurture - ego/Archetype). Over time as healing gets deeper and changes the underlying nurture the archetype/personality will adapt. Over time, you would hope that 1. The healing dissolves the ego/archetype and you embody the karmic/divine - Ideal self.

EDIT

Something I though of regarding karma, I would imagine that if ones karma is “bad”, because of your ancestors actions, you would always be at some disconnect with your ideal self, the ideal self will always be at some offset of what is considered “perfect”. This would require some amount of healthy ego to compensate.

Divine self is represented as something independent of karma, that if you achieve it, it doesn’t matter if it is “Good or Bad”, only that it is “Stronger”. It is embodied as the manifestation of how the person is sopposed to be, with the inclusion of all karma. An interesting argument to think about, as this idea is shared within Darwinian thought.

I noticed something else with Q subs…
Its so potent yet so natural the change sometime people think they not working but infact it is. Its so smooth yet so potent people cannot noticed that they changed

Yes but I’m running Terminus Emperor now lol.
It’s like that but even more so
-its so strong and obvious and then feels totally like who you’ve/I’ve been.

actually I also tested Emperor X custom in Q recently-
I will journal more about that experience.

The biggest different I see is terminus overrides my life-it’s like what I am doing makes no sense anymore because I am not the person, and then I have to scramble and take action to catch up to who I am. Q slowly transforms you while branching out-it’s powerful but steady.

These subs are so potent that sometime i even fight to back to my old self lol seriously
