Friend having lots of drama from ex at the office

So my friend was secretly dating his coworker, and now that they broke up, she is giving him a hard time and lots of drama.

Despite that it is not prohibited in his company since they are in non related areas, he doesn’t want everybody to find out, and since he is on track for a promotion he doesn’t want to ruin it.

Is there any subs that can help him mellow the situation? Maybre an Aura or something. I really have no idea if something like this can be helped with a sub just thought I would ask.

I believe some people have found Power Can Corrupt useful for office politics.

That right there was his first mistake. Don’t sleep with people you work with!

Why would that ruin it since they’re in separate areas? Unless she is married or she was already dating a higher up in the company or things of that nature.

Emperor + PCC can help him deal with any office politics that is thrown his way. Emperor for a strong sense of self, alpha mindset and work ethic. And PCC for charm, charisma, wit and how to handle ANYONE you come across.

Love Bomb to make everyone at the office love him and side with him. Not a strong suggestion, but it might work.

EDIT: It’s really corny, but it would be pretty funny to see the “fight them with love and not hate” in action. We could prove that works once and for all and that it’s not just a saying.

PCC is basically Robert Greene’s 48 Laws of Power if I’m not wrong… which might be useful in a meta-perspective or in a directly political or power-struggle setting but… I wasn’t aware it had charisma-scripting as well…?

Anyway, if your friend want to smooth things out in the workplace (like the ex’s behavior and attitude, basically soothe her emotional state towards him) then LB or even Wanted or CFW would be better, as they all seem to improve people’s attitude and perception towards the listener.

It is true that a more alpha-title might help create a posture of dontfuckwithme, but sometimes using the least amount of force required is the best. Especially if you consider the potential fallout at the workplace, and even more so if he is up for a potential promotion. Hell - I’d run LB, Wanted AND CFW (or just Chosen) for the sole purpose of that potential promotion.

What matters in the end is not really her perspective of him, but rather his colleges and boss’s perspective of him. The ones with the keys. And ofc how he himself handles the entire situation…

Just my two cents  :v:

From the Power Can Corrupt sales page (bolding mine):
"Based on the latest technological advancements of Alchemist, Power Can Corrupt will also offer general benefits such as confidence, sex appeal, social ability etc., with a powerful focus on charisma. You can expect to develop your own brand of charisma that will attract, fascinate, enchant and charm people around you, allowing you to make the most of the 48 laws of power. "

Alright - then it’s a candidate, for sure! I must have forgotten about that… :no_mouth:

Totally agree, we need a sub to turn back time!

Well you don’t want to promote somebody surrounded by drama I think,

Well seems like LoveBomb is good idea, PCC I see where you guys are getting from but I think it might make it seem like force, if Love Bomb helps smooth things over, then that would be better, also maybe Wanted, but is she wants him more = more drama no?

LB is a great suggestion I think.
