On the frequensee app when i listen to a ultrasonic subliminal,do i measure the ultrasonic by downloding the app and playing the ultrasonic and measuring it on the same phone or do i play the ultrasonic and measure the frequensee by using the frequensee app on another phone?

Play on a different device. Doing it on the same one won’t work well because of how the mic and speakers interact on the same device.
Play on your phone, run the app on a different one I mean.
Well i dont have another phone/device so thats a bit inconvenient
There are frequency apps that work on laptops/desktops too. In case that helps.
I used to play the track on my computer and measure the frequencies with the app on my phone.
