Depends on the stage. Stage 1, The Stabilizer? Yes, definitely.
Stage 2? No need – Khan covers it.

You can combine both stages, just note that it could be a bit rough at first due to the fact that The Stabilizer deals with foundational issues (which are generally deeply ingrained). That being said, we haven’t had many reports of strong recon. It may be easier to run than expected.

I just bought Ascension for the Stabilizer alone and ran it for 1 minute.

Actually, vice versa 
I am hyped for Stage 1 and have zero interest in Stage 2.
Here is why:
First of all, I love the new features of Stage 1.
There are several key features here that I desperately need in order to break through my current plateau.
Features where all of my inner voices combined are shouting that I need this. Things I have been procrastinating away and running away from. For me, almost all of it is connected to productivity and finally getting shit done. It looks like this stage builds the stable foundation from which I can become an action taker in life, still my biggest bottle-neck.
When I was reading the copy for Stage 1, through this personal bottle-neck filter of mine, it felt like all of the features of Stabilizer should actually go into Emperor Executive lol.
Or vice-versa, all of the features of Emperor Executive should go into the Stabilizer.
These two titles seem to be working on the same core issues, just from different angles.
Stabilizer + EE = “EE Black”?
Now for Stage 2:
Since already I am already running WB, RICH and ASBR, I don’t think I would I get anything out of Stage 2 that I cannot get from these other alpha titles. And also I can always simply run KHAN Stage 4 too.
Hence, only interested in Ascension Stage 1.
This is what I am looking forward the most from the Stabilizer (some of my personal notes I made while reading the copy):

“Stop tolerating mediocrity” → something only KHAN has provided for me, but I don’t have the bandwidth to add KHAN to my stack right now and I am looking for a different angle, a more gentle approach to solve this issue.

“Recalibration of nervous system to recognize stability as safe” → Synergy with Summertime, RICH, Regeneration and Paragon Sleep

“Remove self-sabotage” → One of my core issues to work on.

“Dopamine management” → Same here. Been listening a lot to Alex Becker’s dopamine videos on YouTube lately.

Thanks for the heads up.
I already know that my foundation has a lot of neglects and that Stabilizer will bring up a lot of surpressed issues I’ve been hiding from.
But thanks to the prework with Regeneration and Summertime, I am confident that the ride will not be as existentially threating as with KHAN Stage 1 ZP V1. I started Stabilizer with 1 minute now.

Thanks, that really helps. I’d like to stick to Khan but was wondering if I could use GA Stage 1 to add more internal stability. Now it’s clear. One more quick question, my assumption is that Stage 1 and 2 on their own are not dense titles, somewhat following the lightness and quick acting nature of the OG Ascension, would you agree? Especially Stage 1, is it as dense as something like GLM?

- Showered and dressed
- Sent two emails to my workplace
- Had breakfast
- Took out the recycling
Looking forward to an all day meeting too.
Usually it’s a drag and I feel dread at doing the above, but it’s all completed and chilling with a cup of tea. This is the foundation sub I’ve been missing and to Saint’s credit, solved.

The idea of stage 1 is really tempting to run.
Ive been running Crown and Capital since release. Results have been great but reading the stage 1 features makes me wonder if I would benefit from developing a stronger foundation.
Washout is coming up in a week will really consider switching.

After 2 loops of Stage 1 I was able to cut the relationship with somebody, without any feelings. I wanted to do it for a long time, but I was feeling some pity towards this person who is very toxic. When I stopped with this person this morning I did it naturally with diplomacy. I feel relieved !!!

On Asc Stabiliser:
So far, the sub talk is of energy leaks with regards to your own daily routine, but seeking approved eyes is a major leak, handing energy over to people without an exchange coming back. Maybe it’s a marker of not getting that essential parenting foundation, I don’t know. But more and more following the curiosity loop I give less fucks.
Why do I need other people to celebrate me so bad?
That should be a non negotiable - but shit happens I guess…

@JCDenton - I can also see New Emperor Black using the concepts of Stabilizer and EE (and more) in its update since EB is to be the epitome of productivity. Would make EB truly Godtier level.

it’s human nature. We want to feel that our lives matter and that what we do has value.
It can also be a powerful motivator. Creators like myself live and die by approving eyes. An IDFAF mentality is counter-intuitive when someone tells me the quality of my work is hurting our products. I’m better at my craft because I seek approval and insight. The key is setting emotional boundaries so approval doesn’t become all consuming.

Yes, it will. Stage 2 is very similar to OG Ascension, just in ZPU format. You stack it the same way you stacked the original.
